Shake shack — Restaurant in Dubai

Atrocious customer service! The lady taking the orders looks like she woke up in the wrong side of the bed, so rude and lacks any enthusiasm when I asked her questions about the differences between the burgers they had.

They have no mushrooms also which is very surprising for a burger joint, only a vegetarian mushroom burger.

I placed my order for a burger and a hotdog and asked them to cut the burger and hotdog sandwich into 2 halves but the lady said that is not allowed! Like seriously? Then she asks the manager who said yeah that's not allowed but they had a knife on the table, I said these are plastic knives which are not ideal for cutting so I'm cancelling my entire order; he let me go for such a simple thing, obviously when you put under qualified people to do their job this is what you get!...

Bland Shack! Ignore the hype.

No salt, no seasoning... make for a very bland and tasteless burger experience. We had Double Shack-Burgers and Double Cheese-burgers on our order.

The fatty-patties tasted like nothing more than steamed minced meat with ZERO flavor. Just neutral. Although dripping with beef fat, (enough to collect into a good table-spoon sized pool at the bottom of the little burger envelope).. the only thing one could taste was tomoto and lettuce. Im not saying the burger tasted awful. It just didnt have any taste at all.

Was looking forward to it as burgers are a cheat meal i rarely have, only a few times a year. Sad to say the food was very disappointing. For AED. 150 (3 burgers) you can do a lot better. Ignore the hype. Even your average Wendy's/Hardees are 'gourmet'...

Just had an amazing experience at Shake Shack! Their burgers are absolutely phenomenal – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, easily some of the best I've ever had. And you absolutely have to try their milkshakes; they're incredibly creamy and delicious, the perfect treat. The fries are also top-notch, crispy and seasoned just right. Beyond the fantastic food, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was great too – lively but still comfortable, perfect for a casual meal. Highly recommend Shake Shack for a consistently delicious and pleasant...
