Rude owner to younger folks, food is good, but owner keeps parking his Honda accord estate own a residential road with little parking forcing the same locals he serves to have no where to park near their homes! Obviously is incapable of using local car parks and general courtesy! Had my disabled wife have to walk almost half a mile due to lack of spaces to get home because of this local business owner and others doing the same It’s obviously his as it has bulk amounts of drinks in boot that his restaurant sells Claims to support locals but his actions say otherwise,

Family run restaurant, with hot fresh food. Been visiting for a number of years now and never had a bad meal. I always recommend to family and friends to visit here. We Always pre. Book being in a wheel chairs as we like the big round table at the front window. Dave the owner is so genuine with his customers, ensuring your happy throughout your whole visit. We regularly visit here with in Spilsby, supporting an independent restaurant, with freshly cooked, locally sourced food

Is there a better underated little place in town to eat ? Great no nonsense food , great service, clean tidy , was very warm inside when we visited on a very cold Saturday morning, even a great bar selection for those who don't require a pot of earl grey. The full English takes some beating and to be honest I was stuffed after mine but I did ask for black pudding as a extra . Well done to Churches a little gem in the town ...

The food was awful. Three of us ordered a jacket potato with different fillings each. The potatoes were small and microwaved. I asked for chicken tikka and cheese - they must have been running out of cheese as there was only a small sprinkling. My daughter had chilli on hers; again, a measly portion and the potato was bad. The accompanying salads were tiny. They included a small amount of wilted lettuce, two minute cherry tomatoes, halved, and three slices of dry cucumber. It looked like it had been sat out on the side for some time. We each had a drink too and the total cost for this joy was £25. Dirty ladies toilet too. Absolutely rubbish. Owner tried to joke about his sore feet as he was so busy, but we couldn't get out there fast enough. Shame as we've been going years but we won't be...

What a great hidden gem in the heart of Boston. We stopped by to have a spot of lunch, a quaint English restaurant with a homely feel. No need for frills here, just a genuine warm welcome from the staff and quick to be served. There is a menagerie of things to buy aside from its main business of being a restaurant, mildly confusing to find toys, puzzles, jams and souvenirs among the tables!

Fresh fayre arrived soon after our drinks, the portion sizes were reasonable and everyone enjoyed what they had. There is a small outdoor area with tables and a smoking area looking out to the river. With this period building, there is no disabled toilet facilities. Once you finish your meal, pay at the till by the front entrance. Highly recommended to try the food. You'll be in...

After wandering around Boston, when it came to grabbing some lunch we consciously decided to support a local business and not one of the many pub and restaurant chains.

Churches is tucked away a little but is worth hunting out as the food is decent and the prices are fair.

We visited on a warm and sunny Sunday and were able to get a table inside quickly. Having chosen a 'Lumberjack' for me and a pannini for my partner it wasn't long before the food arrived. Everything seemed freshly prepared and not a 'peel and ping' meal like you get in Weatherspoons.

My meal was bigger than I anticipated so I didn't have room to sample any of the desserts that were on show but if they were of the same standard of the rest of the food, you wont be...
