KFC Boston - Market Place — Restaurant in Boston

Horrible! Never again! Me and my partner visited here after a long day at a football match, firstly to be laughed at by the man taking our order behind the counter, secondly to then be standing around wait for 40 minutes for two snack boxes! A lady ten minutes later shouts out an order which followed as: two snack boxes, extra popcorn and also other things we hadn't ordered so there for I did not claim this food to be ours! After waiting another 30 minutes I decided to ask the man behind the counter where our food was as we wasn't the only people that had been standing waiting around for 1 hour and ten minutes! He then laughed at me and said he didn't know so I kindly asked he could find out, then I very rude women turned round and said I shouted your food and you didn't answer so it isn't my problem but just to state that we hadn't ordered half the food that had been out through on our order. She then shoved the food in my hand that had been sat on the side 1 hour and 10 minutes and said there!! In the end we walked out didn't eat it as it was cold and the chips were soggy!! VERY RUDE STAFF! Will never be eating...

Has to best said I had the worst experience in any restaurant ever. The young lad on the till was clearly new so we were very patient with him while he was taking our order ,but his female colleagues were disgusting to him , they were actually shouting at the poor lad in front of lots of customers which in turn made him very shakey and upset ( not how you treat members of staff!) All because he couldn't find something on the till maybe someone should have showed him instead of just screaming unhelpful comments. Anyway we sit down waiting for our meals to be shouted out and we collect swiftly only to have my meal practically thrown at me! Then we sit down to eat our meals in peace,or not. The gentleman behind us waiting for his meal obviously didn't hear them shout his meal was ready so the proceed to scream at the top of their lungs followed by a sarcastic grunt as he collects his food which again was thrown at him . So yes if I was in the area again id not return if it was the only restaurant in the area which is disappointing as the food was lovely. however the woman were horrible but the young lads were...

I would not recommend KFC at all. Not this one, or the many others I've been to. I'm honestly shocked it's still open. For a fast-food restaurant it's ridiculously small and cramped; you'd think that because of how small it is it would be clean, but no... scuffy floors, toilets smell like they haven't been cleaned, etc. Not to mention how much plastic they use for everything - at least Mcdonald's make an attempt at reducing environmental impact! Honestly, the only reason I can think of for going to KFC over other places is because it's in the centre of town and the only fast-food place in town. Honestly, just AVOID it at all times possible. If you happen to be in town on a Wednesday or Saturday, visit some of the food stalls if you are wanting a burger or other meal, support small local businesses rather than larger ones like KFC. It is a disgusting, wasteful company, who just seem to be corrupt from within (given how most KFC outlets are also regarded as unhygienic and unpleasant) and who always appear to work the poor staff to death.
