Rosie Flanagan's — Hotel in East Lindsey

We arrived here late afternoon and was greeted by Keith, check in was a little rushed but not a problem.The room we stayed in was so pretty, I loved the little touches. It did say on the website that additional in-room amenities include chocolates or cookies, we did have just some normal biscuits but not chocolates or cookies but again this wasn’t a problem.The room itself was small but clean and very cosy.Was a bit on the noisy side when we first arrived, we decided to have a little rest before going out and there was music coming from a bar, but that’s to be expected but then a car alarm kept going off continuously which was a little annoying.Also the walls are very thin, could here the people next door talking but we were only staying for one night and nothing spoilt our stay.We went down for breakfast in the morning, the dining room was lovely, felt very relaxed, music on which was a nice touch as been to other b & b’s which have been deadly quiet at breakfast.Keith and Vicki were lovely and friendly and looked after us, couldn’t do enough for you which made breakfast a really enjoyable experience.Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from, we had the cooked breakfast which was amazing and set us up for the day.We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting the area, and would definitely recommend this lovely b & b to anyone.Thank you so much to Keith & Vicki for a lovely stay at ‘Rosie...

We stayed here on coronation weekend after having a mishap at a previous hotel (messed up reservation) and not feeling driving 3 hrs straight back home I rang here and luckily they had last min availabilty it really was a blessing as I have health problems and really wouldn't have managed the drive back to West Midlands very well at all

The location is brilliant one street away from the beach (pleasure Beach side), I site parking if not you can find parking in the street

The room is beautiful, fresh, clean, upto date love the little touches our room was a family room on ground floor, very quiet, secure and spacious my kids loved the bunk beds and the fact they could watch Netflix!, the pillows were brilliant I mention this as I know people sometimes struggle with pillows well these aren't flat or hard i slept brilliantly which is unusual for me I have a condition where my brain is coming down and pressing on my spine my neck constantly hurts so when I say I loved these pillows I really did!

The breakfast was tasty and they ask what you'd like and if there's anything you wouldn't like on the full English, kids had cereal aswell as a hot breakfast set us up for the day perfectly

The hosts are lovely, friendly, communication brilliant very welcoming

I would definitely recommend staying here and we will more than likely be...

1st time at Rosie Flanagans on arrival We was not greeted. keys was left in the porch which i didn't mind at all after entering the b&b we was hit by a foul smell which turned out to be sunflowers in a glass vase but the water had turned sour

Place could do with lick of paint here and there but over all nice property we got into our room and i can honestly say the best B&b room i have ever stayed in we was in room 5. Comfortable bed great decor tea coffee over all very clean accomodation apart from the pedal bin in our bath was full on arrival.

We had a great nights sleep nice soft towels and hot shower with hair and body wash provided .

We had breakfast booked for 9.15am

We was seated and was offered a great selection of cereal tea coffee and soft drinks after that a cooked breakfast order was taken egg bacon sausage hash brown toast mushrooms beans and tomatos nice hot food great flavour down side to breakfast was the sausages which lacked in flavour and was very mushy so didn't order them the next day

As we checked out off the b&b we paid up empted our room but the owners/hosts was no where to be seen to hand the keys back so we just left them on the side My overall of review of Rosie Flanagans

Is a 3 star and i would recommend and return myself one day great for familys and couple...
