A clean site with a laundrette on nothing else though quiet enough at night apart from fantasyisland waltzes man but you could probably hear him at Mablethorpe haha . their is a shop just outside and other entertainment venues and a few ice cream shops . Dated but clean caravan. Location is right in the heart of ingoldmells so perfect for holiday makers. The reason for 4 stars is due to tge lack of road around caravans, no parking on the grass due to the resemblance of a swamp so it made driving very difficult.
