Four Winds Tavern — Restaurant in East Lindsey

Came in at around 1pm. Music good with a good array. Service was very good tables dirty though. Had to look around to find a clean one. Around 3.30 everything changed. Glasses all over tables and not collected. One of barstaff (red haired girl) behind dj's box playing her own personal preferences without a thought for who was in the pub (bon Jovi and gun and Roses she seemed to like) also leaving one short behind bar. The owners need to look at their cctv and get a grip of this pub. Never saw any of bar staff clean any tables. When it did go quiet for short periods staff seemed happy enough just to have a yap behind the bar. Used to recommend this pub to friends but sorry to say won't anymore. Another aside. Went in after shut down. They'd been open about 2 weeks. I asked for the dirty glass be changed even before he put my lager in it. Was disgusting. 4 glasses later and my daughter who is a bar manager asked him to swill it with carbonated water and wipe it with blue roll. At last a clean glass! My daughter asked for wine. After asking what wine they had the reply was I dunno it's all wine to me. I asked him to look to he went over and read out the pump. Place gets alot of unnecessary stick. Very good place to come and drink at, there doing happy hour £2.50 on Carling & Worthingtons, which is just up my and my wife alley. They play bingo from the afternoon all the way through to the night. You can't go wrong. Never seen such a hard working bunch of staff around ingoldmells, there always running around, glass collecting serving on the bar or fixing machines, I'm not sure what they get paid but I hope it suffices to how much work they put in, young lad in the hat is brill always puts a smile on grandkids faces, love this place and I hope coastfields know how brilliant you all are -...
