This has to be one of the worst caravans we have ever stayed in, when reading all the reviews i honestly thought we were at the wrong caravn. Massive crack in bathroom sink which is so unhygienic, blinds in all 3 bedrooms were broken and the beading had been wrapped around the ends to stop them falling down. Only one smoke alarm, wardrobe in double bedroom was wet and actually wet the clothes in there. Mould in corner under side table, mattress cover and duvet had what appeared to be blood on, Fire in lounge had a sticker on it saying do not use as well as there being scorch marks on the front of the boiler. ( which needs looking at immediately). Toilet seat was loose, grill was absolutely filthy when we arrived. Curtain over the door on to dirty decking was broken and tied around the end, never even tried other curtains incase they fell down windows and frames were dirty and had not been cleaned for a while also glasses and some cutlery was still not clean. The only thing that i can not entirely blame the owner for is the amount of mud we had to walk through to get to the van we even resulted to wearing bags over our shoes also parking had to park a good 10 mins away. Did message owner about blinds and had a response to say the cleaner would come and take a look and it was end of year wear & tear But looking through the guest book ALL these issues were reported back in August. That's 2 months they have known about the issues and not sorted, sorry but to me it doesn't matter whether its the start, middle or the end of the season you shouldn't have to put...
Read moreWe stayed at yellow sands, when we arrived it was filthy, smelt of dogs and had dog hairs everywhere including the sofas, it was definitely not Covid secure cleaned. There were ants crawling all over the kitchen, appliances broken including the cooker and the shower leaked water over the floor making it dangerously slippery (my daughter went flying on her back) there was a dead rat in the front garden, and the plug socket in the kitchen only worked when you pressed it against the wall. One of the dining chairs fell to pieces as someone sat on it and was never replaced meaning someone had to stand and eat as there were not enough chairs at the table.||We contacted the manager numerous times and she sent people to ‘sort it out’ we had 5 sets of staff at the house over the first 3 days fixing things that in our opinion should have been done before we arrived! ||There are too many things wrong with the place to put on this review but the fact we had to go and buy cleaning materials to make it half decent to stay in is terrible, the manger wasn’t understanding and said “I’ve sent people to fix the things every time you have said something was wrong“ and with regards to the rat “what do you expect your only ever a metre away from a rat and your in the countryside” 😂 ||For the price I think it is disgusting and wasn’t worth half of what we actually paid. Don’t...
Read moreWe had a fantastic stay at Ingoldale Park and were incredibly impressed with the park's location and on-site facilities. The park itself is long-established, level, and very well-maintained.||The location is a huge plus: it's just a two-minute walk from the beach and a mere five-minute stroll to the Fantasy Island complex and markets. This makes it the perfect base for exploring everything Ingoldmells has to offer.||The park offers very high-quality accommodation, and we were so impressed with our holiday bungalow. The on-site amenities were also brilliant. The sports bar was a great place for entertainment, offering live sports, music, and bingo. A standout highlight was Pete's Chippie, the award-winning chip shop right on the park, which we can confirm was absolutely amazing.||Ingoldale Park is an excellent choice for a holiday in Skegness, combining a superb location with great facilities and high-quality...
