Ben View Guest House — Hotel in Great Britain

Stayed here with a friend for one night while on a Motorcycle trip in early October.||I have stayed here on numerous occasions in the past (probably over a period of about 20 years)!||Why do I keep coming back? Simple, this place ticks all the boxes for me, nice rooms, comfy beds, clean and tidy, great breakfast and most of all there is always a warm welcome from the owner Catherine.||It is about four years since I last stayed but when I called in to inquire about a room it was as if I had been there last week!||I have read some of the reviews which complain about no wifi and that the rooms are a little dated. that is correct, but also part of the charm! This was one of a few limited choices of accommodation on our chosen date to finish the West Highland Way which unfortunately clashed with the Ben Nevis run weekend therefore pushing the accommodation price to an astronomical level especially as it was possibly Fort Williams hardest guest house to locate. |It does however offer excellent views across to Ben Nevis, if your also fortunate to choose a day when the summit feature is visible. Ben View is an absolutely gorgeous accommodation, very clean and comfy with amazing views of the beautiful Fort Williams scenery! John and Eileen were the most amazing hosts, they took us in when we had trouble with our original accommodation and they could not have been any more amazing!
