we recently bought a new bed and mattress from dreams. what a terrific experience. first we got recommendations from the computer bed to see where our weight lies and what would be best for us. tricia gave us a ton of options for mattresses and pillows that varied in budget, whilst supplying us with refreshments the whole time. we decided to splurge for a tempurpedic-a life long dream of mine. although the mattress was pricey, they had a fantastic deal going on for the bed we ultimately chose which was an ex-display. we ended up getting a ton of pillows, mattress protectors, extra throws, all sorts thrown in with our purchase. tricia allowed my husband and i to really take our time with the decision over the course of a few days and worked with us as best as she could on price. we were hesitant about spending so much money but she made us feel understood and comfortable. we are very happy with our mattress; i’m 8 months pregnant and the tempurpedic has eliminated my need for a pregnancy pillow as it provides so much support. the delivery was fantastic as well. big kudos to tricia-she is a fantastic sales woman and deserves a raise. would definitely recommend people to go there to shop for...

This is not for a certain dreams shop etc this is for dreams delivery service. I tell dreams I am a single mum with a disabled daughter. The only times I can not be here is between 8.30 and 10 as I have to get my children into 2 different schools any.other times I can be here They have no consideration or leeway on delivery times.what time do they give me between 8.30.10.30. They refused point blank to do.it any other time. So I had no.choice.to.cancel wait another week. Explained again only times I can not do.is 8.30 10. What.time.they.send me 8.30_10 .30 refused point blank to help in anyway. I had to get my elderly dad to sit and wait because of their poor service. Never again...
