Best Area Close to Leeds Centre — Hotel in Leeds

We booked two rooms. The guest accommodation is advertised as a suite. We were with our friends and had exclusive use of the suite which has three bedrooms but were only charged for two rooms. There was a separate entrance to the suite and it had a delightful private courtyard. We chose the B and B because it was close to the place where mutual friends were having a special party. It was a bonus to have a small sitting room with tv and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included and we ate in the dining room of the owners’ home which was reached by an inside door to the main part of the house.||We had a very warm welcome from Roy, and Joanne the owners who showed us round and explained the breakfast option. It may be disappointing to people who seek a ‘full English’ but our breakfast of scrambled egg, smoked salmon with cheese on toasted muffin with hollandaise sauce, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes was delicious. ||There was wi fi, usb charge points, a tv and Alexa in each room. We were able to leave both cars in an enclosed forecourt with an electronic gate. We needed somewhere peaceful and quiet whilst assisting family - apartment was well laid out with gated, private, off road parking 3 comfortable bedrooms, (one bed was quite low but very comfy) air con (we didn’t need) provided towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, alarm clock, phone chargers, extra chair, good wardrobe space and chest of drawers. Sitting room to put your feet up with security camera, television and blu ray player, kettle, tea, coffee, dvds, games. Small but functional shower room had absolutely everything you might have forgotten to bring! Breakfast was good included Roy’s speciality smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, tomatoes and wild mushrooms or a cooked breakfast. Garden had a private courtyard area for guests to sit out on sunny days and breakfast was served overlooking the rear gardens and amazing pond with koi and a fountain. The hosts Roy and Joanna couldn’t do enough for us and were very friendly and chatty, made us very welcome and were very informative and attentive to make sure our stay was relaxing. Our visit was from 18th March - 20th March, it was the first time our lil family had a holiday together. ||Being able to mingle together (as smokers) was a dream come true.||It was a Home from home, the location and accommodation more than matched our needs.||In a hotel we would have all been in separate rooms on different floors. ||Johanna's attention to detail, and Roy's charm and delivery was outstanding!||Safe to say we didn't know you before but would return again happily.||Thanks for having us, the kid still hasn't let go of that rugby ball...
