I'm very very disappointed with this service, food , delivery I got Chicken burger fries popcorn chicken x2 one of the meals was in the carrier bag not in the box I phoned them the manager said WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT SEND ME A PICTURE So I said change it so then his phone went down it took me 10-15min to get back intouch said his phone playing up but managed to get his mobile number so he got back intouch and said WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT EAT IT OUT OF THE BAG so I said what do you think I am a animal I said I want it changing so he said OK when delivery came first time I gave him £2.50 as a tip even though there is a charge he didn't even so thank you practically thrown the food at me So when came second time I gave him the bag of food and he again practically threw food at me I was polite said again thank you he just walked off...

The 5 star ratings must have been paid for a good review. These guys have really gone downhill. Ordered from them for years.. They used to be good, now not so much. On this particular order was a king kong kabab and mushroom bhaji. Both of witch were not hot and not fresh. And nothing "king kong" about the size, Plenty of cheap chips and donner to fill out the small box tho 😉 the small amount of meat there was very bad quality, dry and tasted like yesterday's, same for the bhaji and the sauces... Yuck!! Just closed the box (unfinished) and can already feel the stomach upset. I could write more specifics about quality, but not worth it. Will NEVER be ordering again. Ordered through just eat. After 20mins the manager called me to say due to my location they would require an additional £3 for delivery! I agreed and half an hour later I received a notification from Just Eat that the food was out for delivery. 75 mins later (2 hours after order) I called the restaurant to check where the order was. I spoke with the manager who informed me he had cancelled it as he thought I didnt want to pay the extra £3 (I said yes on the phone!). He also told me he had marked out 'out for delivery' to get it off their system. He was extremely rude and arrogant and when i stated I would leave a poor review, he stated 'I don't care, I'll just have it removed".
