It could get higher stars if the management wanted.. but in fact I couldn't rate 0 star or minus star! Food is ok quality, their website is misleading regarding on Parking , after I talked to the manager, first he said it's only weekend has that £1 parking deal, after I said I called before I came, he has to go downstairs to ask other staff.. then the answers "bullsh.tting... something like only events day, Wembley parking will charger more, then they will support...blah blah... But all those words denied by the parking staffs, they said there is nothing like the manager said... So there is no parking deduction at all!!! Cheating!!! 2ndly, communication is terrible! We got in there, paid the meal fee £23/pp, the cashier didn't tell us how much the soft drink (£3.5/pp, used be free, been told by the cast parking staff, again. Another shocking news!) , Also didn't explain how to get the alcohol from etc, after we got up the 3rd floor, friend want alcohol from, went to bar, bar staff said I purchased the soft drink voucher couldn't use it for alcohol drink even I want to top up the difference, and that voucher will be wasted.. I asked why, he couldn't give explanation then asked supervisor, then cashier then I went to downstairs talk to the cashier explain situation, she ended up charged me another £3.5 for they supposedly for a pint of (£6) larger... When we leave talked it to manager, he didn't offer the refund for all the inconvenience and fuss, just shaked his head, careless... I quite straightforward to him, there are lots of miscommunications between your staff, the customer should not pay the price for your staffs' incompetence of their job... He nodded the head, that's it!!! 3rdly, from their TV promotion/ online promotion video/photo clips, you will see there were lobster, clams and chocolate fountain etc, (not saying I like it) but that's con!! Nothing like that, lobster (about 5 inches long) you have to pay £10 extra, the tapanyaki cooking station only allow you having 2 items.. the sushi looked very tired and taste awful... It doesn't have the sushi shown on their media... Another cheating feeling.... The Chinese section food were looking set there for hours.. the crisp duck and pan cakes as dry as wood.. dimsum section only has 3 types the cheapest you can get from any Chinese supermarket... very very disappointed!!! Thai section's sea food won't fresh, you can smell the bad seafood smell...taste horrible!! And they use tones of MSG!!! Won't go the whole brand again... JRC, you should shameful!!!

Honestly, selection was quite small compared to the price paid Me and my partner spent £51 in total (with refillable drinks included for both of us) When entering, we walked to the self service machine to buy ourselves the tickets, however we were abruptly stopped by one of the Asian workers (jumped in front of us) and she started to use the self service screen for us. It was only 4 clicks, which we could have done ourselves very easily in seconds. This wasn’t very welcoming. We came at 17:00 on an Easter Sunday as walk ins and there was plenty of seats. As stated, selection was quite small. One thing we liked the most as seafood lovers was the grilled squid, however the portion given was very very small! Grilled beef tasted nice but way too chewy. Sushi was aright, kind of warm, and again the portions are small Noodles were quite hard and cold Desert selection is super limited. It’s mainly just very very tiny mouse, jelly and pudding pots (so small the spoon won’t even fit in), and only 2 types of cakes. Only 3 different fruits. Oranges, melon, and grapes. The ice cream in the small white pots are horrible and tasteless though! I do recommend the Pork Buns and Din Sum. Most of the workers seem moody and unbothered Overall, I much recommend Aroma more, which is in Shepherds Bush, W12 Shopping Centre. Cheaper, larger selection of food (nicer food), and way more seafood options, with freshly made ice cream, cotton candy, chocolate fountain, etc. Wasn’t all too impressed with this Global Buffet

LONDON’S WORST BUFFET! AVOID!! We came here for a small family celebration, and heard good things of it. However, from the moment we entered, it was horror. The prices were high and had to pay extra for service. Staff and management were HORRIBLE with the worst service! We got sat down at a table with no cutlery or anything. The only good things were the £4 bottomless drink I’ll be honest. But things got worse.. The buffet was busy so food demand would obviously be high, and clearly the buffet didn’t care! From the moment we stepped in, the food trays were empty, most dishes missing! Nearly everytime we went for food, there was NOTHING! The kitchen was extremely understaffed and food was barely even coming out. The food quality was good and taste was nice, but it’s definitely NOT a global buffet, as there was only chinese and indian options available. Customer service here is really bad as plates were not even being collected by staff, which even made the available plates ran out! Absolutely crazy for a buffet! And when people wanted desserts, again, EMPTY shelves and pots. Nothing to enjoy! Completely a SCAM! Avoid this place for sure! They need to clearly train their staff and keep up to customer demands! Saw many disappointed customers also demanding refunds for the lack of food available! Honestly WORST buffet and restaurant in London.

Poor and rude service

If I could give zero stars I would

I am absolutely disgusted and appalled at the policies this company use!

On arrival to Global Buffet with our children (aged 10) we were greeted by reception with an unnecessarily hostile attitude. Obviously they did not want to work that day.

During the check of our booking, one of the receptionists called over one of our girls and requested that she stood by a wall, (In front of other customers) which measured her height.

Because she measured over 150cm, my friend and I were told she would need to be charged the full adult price. After long deliberation and disagreement, the receptionists then honoured half price.

Since when was it okay to humiliate and discriminate on height?

My friends daughter was made to feel ashamed and self conscious of her height, extremely uncomfortable with why she was being singled out. She even questioned why she had to be so tall!

We spoke to the manager who didn’t seem to be bothered in the slightest that a child was evidently uncomfortable with the situation and their welcome. The manager had mentioned that the company always get complaints regarding the height policy. “There is nothing I can do” I recall him saying. (Well done)

Now you would think by this point we would leave and go elsewhere but our girls really wanted to stay as they had been looking forward to their food.

So we continued for the children’s sake with our booking!

The staff were shockingly grumpy, unwelcoming and had zero customer service skills apart from one lovely lady - you need her to train the others.

The food was not to anyones standard, most of it was cold and my daughter is now paying the price with an upset stomach.

So all in all we spent money to have a young child of 10 to be discriminated, traumatised and to feel uncomfortable in front of many other people, be served terrible food and to be welcomed with s**t customer service.

I highly recommend you avoid this place unless you enjoy being judged by your appearance, you’re under 150cm, have a cast iron stomach and non existent taste buds.

Global Buffet you are disgusting! Thank you for adding to a young impressionable child’s insecurity and affecting their mental well-being. 10 out of 10 you have scored highly on that, a great job of negative body shame.

Also! Sort your grumpy staff out! You’re obviously affecting their mental...

Came here on a weekday around 4pm and it was very quiet, the restaurant temperature was cold which then meant the food turned cold almost immediately.

Started off in the Japanese section, the sushi did not taste fresh and the options were basic, the fried food looked so good but all were cold and thus unenjoyable as the crispiness was gone - as an aside why would you have a buffet with a small light for heat? Other places have the closed heated facility to cover the food and keep it hot, which is clearly what this place needs.

Moved to the European section, as shown in the photos all food is laid out with minimal heat to keep it warm, so no surprise that the food was so cold. Also the European section faces the entry to the buffet from the downstairs section which was very cold and so all the cold was directed to the European section and so all the food was stone cold here too, did not enjoy any of the offerings I got from here.

Moved to the Chinese section, thought there’d be some hope in the food being hot since it appeared to be on heating stations. Tried the red Thai beef curry with the rice, by the time I got to my seat my food was not hot. Same with the steamed dumplings which were steaming when placing in my place but not hot either. The noodles on offer was also lacking and not very flavoursome.

We ordered the pasta on demand which was freshly made and the only hot item due to this, it was more of a ramen and tasted very basic. Shouldn’t have been surprised since it did say it was from chicken stock and that was all I could taste.

Dessert was mediocre too, the pineapple crumble was the only dish which was stored in a heated and covered container thus was very hot when eating. The chocolate fountain was not running but I assume it runs in the evening.

All in all, the worst buffet I’ve ever had, shocking that all food is left in the open and this place does not have the facilities for the closed lid heated buffet containers like most buffet places do. Everything was unenjoyable and cold just like the restaurant and so my experience was not a pleasant one.

I would never recommend nor would I return, the price paid is expected for this type of buffet but the food on offer is a disgrace.

If you like your food cold and lacking in flavour, and want to sit in a restaurant that is equally cold, then this...
