Haute Dolci — Restaurant in London

Fabulous staff and amazing food! My husband and I visited this beautiful restaurant last week whilst visiting the area. We enjoyed our first experience so much that we returned the next day! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and helped us to choose items from the menu that were vegan to create our own vegan desserts. We had brownies with oreos, biscoff sauce and ice cream on our first visit and waffles with the same toppings the second night. Both were faultless - they were delicious and carefully prepared. The portion sizes were big enough which is great because a lot of places give tiny portion sizes nowadays but this was perfect! The food was seriously delicious and was especially amazing considering it’s normally so difficult to find vegan desserts! The staff here are lovely too. The man who greeted us on our first day was friendly then Charles greeted us with a beaming smile the second day and was very welcoming. Alisha was super friendly and cheerful and helpful. Sucheta was absolutely fabulous and we thought she was the manager! Sucheta was incredibly helpful in explaining the vegan parts of the menu to us and helped us create a custom order - which she remembered when we returned the following day! Her customer service is excellent, she’s polite, courteous and clearly very organised - a promising future ahead for her I have no doubt. Also, after reading other reviews - I thought the price we paid per dish (about £10) was incredibly reasonable as they were so delicious with a big portion size and someone commented that you could find similar desserts elsewhere - that’s certainly not my experience! As a dessert enthusiast, I recently had the pleasure of visiting Haute Dolci in Wembley, and I can honestly say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. First impressions truly matter, and Haute Dolci Wembley knocks it out of the park with its amazing decor. Stepping inside feels like entering a dreamy, sophisticated wonderland. The "blossoming paradise" theme with the mesmerising pink interiors, stunning floral blossom tree, and cascading walls of blooms creates an incredibly elegant and Instagram-worthy atmosphere. Every detail, from the luxurious furnishings to the soft pastel tones, contributes to a truly serene and chic environment – perfect for any occasion. But it's not just a pretty face! The dessert choice was nothing short of excellent. The menu is extensive, offering a vast array of indulgent treats that cater to every sweet craving imaginable. From classic American and Belgian waffles piled high with toppings to decadent cookie dough, fluffy pancakes, and exquisite crepes, the options are truly impressive. I particularly appreciated the variety of cheesecakes, milk cakes, and speciality items like the Kunafa dishes. We booked a reservation, however when we went in, we were told that we could only sit outside as there is no space. Bare in mind that there was only 2 of us. When I told the lady we had a reservation, she did not even bother to check. She had to ask her colleague if it is okay for us to sit inside. She came back and told us we have space. Even though we already booked a reservation, so they should have space?

Where we sat, it was sticky and dirty. We then asked for some water and the waiter told us to serve ourselves. However again the glasses were very filthy. So instead drank from a plastic cup, however it was the cups for the strawberries not an actual water cup, which when sipping was spilling everywhere.

We ordered our food, which the presentation was nice. However the cake and the cream coffee was sickly sweet that we could not finish the food. The mango drink had a paper straw which broke within minutes. Why would you not give a more durable straw? I then asked the waitress for another straw, for her not to even come back to me and ended up eating the rest of the drink with her tiny dessert spoon.

Pretty bad customer service. Just when I was walking out the waiter asked us if we had paid in a very suggestive tone! As if we would just walk out without paying. Again for a higher end dessert place why would you need to go to the counter to pay. If the waiter came to our table he would know that we paid, instead made out that we would dine and dash!
