I booked here because it was close to the university, I must admit that I was scared for the bad comments I read and the photos on its website were not the best about the rooms. Luckily, it turn out to be way better than I expected.
The rooms are not as tiny as are shown on its website, yes it cracks a little the floor because is an old hotel. The service was superb, I felt sick on my last day and they were kind to find me a room in the same floor to extend my stay. In addition, I had a small accident that I was bleeding, call them if they had an emergency box and they literally run to help me (thank you so much!).

Read moreWhat a location! Less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. Sainsbury grocery store right next door and open til late! Walking distance to the shopping mall.... Around 10 mins. I booked the hotel because of the convenience it was to the train station. My double room was spacious, clean... Refurbished with a modern, sleek bathroom with Super FLUFFY towels! Amenities like body lotion, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner.... All there! My overnight was perfect! There is a kettle in the room too. Nicely decorated! Delightful, friendly, professional staff! So happy we chose this hotel! My friend forgot a pair of her pants in her room. We figured this out after... Not a problem... We called the hotel, they found them and sent them back to her at No Charge. Service is 5 star. Thank you again for the...
Read moreBEWARE: Nothing was said on the website or during reservations, that this hotel was not appropriate for people with mobility issues. Be warned, there is no elevator and no ground floor rooms. The clerk at check in was surprised I would care and rude when I stated I may need to change to another hotel. They did accommodate by moving us a floor lower, but the stairs were a struggle for my travel companion. The rooms were small, but clean, and the bathrooms recently renovated. We were told to turn in our key every time we left the building and they locked the entrance at night. The location was not very convenient to the university but was very close to the train station. The restaurant attached was delicious! Also, It was convenient to have a market shop in the...
