Promenade Apartments Southport — Hotel in Sefton

Amazing stay with Promenade apartments! We are a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children. Apartment was gorgeous with an amazing view. I was worried the littlest might have been being too loud (he's 2) but when I asked a member of staff I was advised not to worry in the slightest as he's a baby and we're on holiday and he had received zero complaints which was an amazing relief as a parent. The apartment is absolutely stunning and the cleanliness top standards. We could come and go as needed and close to all the shops and attractions - we walked to everywhere to save using the car. We have stayed in Southport many times over the last few years to visit our aged parents who live in a care home there, and at a number of different locations in and around the town However we have found Promenade Apartments to be the comfiest and cleanest, and we look forward to staying there again. Bea, Richard and Roy are welcoming and friendly, always willing to help. The views from the apartments we stayed in - over the lake - are superb. There is ample off-street parking. Had a lovely week here, the flat is very peaceful and i enjoyed reading and sitting in the spacious dining/living room looking out towards the lake. The owners are very helpful, i arrived earlier than expected, but the owners made sure somebody was there to let me in. There is a TV in the bedroom, bathroom is excellent and the kitchen has everything you need. Have already recommended the flat to friends and will definitely be going again.
