Broadstairs Apartments — Hotel in Thanet

Spent a great week at Broadstairs Apartments. Admittedly we were spoilt by having 7 days of blue skies and sunshine so everything seemed great! We stayed in the ground floor apartment with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors out onto a simple terrace. The apartment was fitted out with all mod-cons, my daughter loved the wall mounted television in her room. Bathroom was well equipped with rainforest shower and upmarket toiletries. We were only a 12 minute walk from Broadstairs main Viking bay beach and only a 10 minute drive from the more secluded Joss Bay beach. We’ve just had the most incredible stay in the ground floor apartment over Christmas!! The 3-bed flat is much bigger in person, a pleasant surprise upon arrival. All amenities have been thoughtfully considered, from copious amounts of glasses and plates (should you host the odd guest for your stay), a fantastic Bose speaker system, lots of towels (and slippers), HUGE beds and a perfectly sized private patio with lots of seating. The property is located close enough to walk to the Broadstairs Harbour and train station should you wish to explore further. The apartment was great, perfect for us with a toddler as we had the garden apartment and he could burn off energy in an enclosed space. It was well equipped with everything we needed and well located, about 13 min walk from Viking Bay. The only downside was it could have a more thorough clean particularly at the moment. We expected to anti bac all surfaces and handles/switches etc just to be safe but there were crumbs in some cupboards etc and under the coffee table/sofa which you don’t expect.
