I had attended on Saturday 3rd February in the afternoon. Staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I rate the food 1* due to my burger overdone and dry. Staff asked if the food was OK, I said it was dry, she said she would get the manager..at this point I said no as I didn't want to make a fuss. Off she went with my 3/4 plate of food. 5 minutes later the manager came over, apologised provously and made it right with a straight swap. Outstanding customer service. We were not to allowed to stay long as we had children with us and we were told we had to leave before 18:45. So can't do a proper review which was a shame. The pub showed promise but being kicked out before 19:00 and unable to try food dispite the pub being empty was very inhospitable and strange. There were some nice huts in the beer garden and it seemed the place may have been enjoyable, but we will never know as we won't...

So impressed with the manager and staff! When I wasn't even in the pub the manager, bouncers and bar staff really went out of their way to help me when I lost my phone and got stranded in Broadstairs. Having tried to call a taxi for me when none were forthcoming they quickly organised a lift for me! I'm very grateful to them. I can also recommend the pub as a good place to watch football.
