Jeff is absolutely amazing. Today I reached out to Jeff over social media to talk to him about possibly buying a laptop because the computer I am working with crashed since day one and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Owning a family owned business I live on my computer I use it all day long. I have had to use a "back door" method to just get it to turn on. I have been to many different people including GEEK squad no one would help me. Every time I would go to others they would insist I just buy a new computer. Not Jeff even being 2 hours away he spoke to me over the phone and walked me through how to fix my computer. A computer might I add that has been crashed for 2 years! With in 30 mins he had my computer fixed and running like a new computer. I can not speak enough about how professional and fast he was. I am a complete stranger and he with no hesitation jump in and helped me. Not once pushed another computer onto me. I Thank you so much Jeff you are truly a great business man.

On a cross country road trip my Toshiba laptop suddenly refused to boot up. We were in Abilene KS (Eisenhower Presidential Library) and I searched for "computer repair near me." Geek Squad and such came up but I've had very bad luck with the "big box" techs. Jeff's company also came up so I called him and working over the phone he walked me through getting my hard drive out of my laptop and connecting it with a cable to my wife's laptop. Then he got online with it remotely and began a diagnostic process that eventually got me up and running again. When we made it home to AZ he got back online with my computer, walked me through connecting a new solid-state hard drive and then using TeamViewer cloned my old drive to the new. Several years back I took our laptop I took this guy, the power cord got hit and must of broke something and would no longer charge the battery or work at all with the computer. The battery only had (15 minutes left) when I took it to him. First off, he had my computer for over a month, long enough to collect dust on it. He said he couldn’t fix it when I went to see him because I got tired of calling him. He also said he would take my computer in (trade) for the cost of the work he done, little over $200.00. He told me he did an hour and a half of Diagnostics on it, HOW? 15 minutes of battery time left and would not work with the charging cord at all! Plus when I got home it still had 8 minutes left on the battery. He was just trying to take advantage of an old man and still my $1,800.00...
