Vyve Internet – An Unreliable, Incompetent, and Deceptive Service Provider
If you’re considering Vyve Internet, don’t. You will regret it.
I have since switched to Starlink, which charges me less, provides consistent speeds, zero downtime, and required minimal setup for immediate service—something Vyve could never manage. Their one-time equipment fee was worth every penny because now, I can finally game in peace without constant outages and excuses.
After dealing with Vyve’s endless failures, I finally canceled my service—and as expected, the only time they bothered to respond was the day after I returned my equipment. A complete coincidence? Absolutely not. I escalated the issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), where you’ll find a never-ending list of similar complaints from other frustrated customers.
Vyve’s Service is a Joke • Internet outages are constant—multiple times a day, lasting for hours or even days at a time. • Zero accountability—they ignore calls, dodge complaints, and provide no real solutions. • Technicians are unqualified—they send multiple techs who make the issue worse instead of fixing it. • Empty promises—Jessica from Escalations assured me my problem would be fixed. She lied. • Negligent management—Tony, their so-called “Field Boss,” vanished after making fake promises to follow up. He never did. • Incompetent tech visits—Brian was the only technician who did his job, but even he couldn’t fix their garbage service.
They Just Want Your Money – Nothing More
Vyve’s internet is as bad as dial-up, except dial-up was at least consistent. This company survives because they know they’re the only option in certain areas, and they exploit that monopoly by providing the bare minimum while charging absurd prices.
I paid $125+ per month for a service that failed me every single day. If you actually use the internet regularly, you’ll see how unreliable it is—those saying they have no issues are likely casual users who don’t even notice the outages.
Vyve’s Reputation Speaks for Itself
If you think I’m exaggerating, go read their BBB complaints—it’s all the same story. Outages, lies, and zero customer service.
And no, Vyve, don’t even bother with your generic, copy-paste response asking me to “email you” for support. I’ve already done that. Many of us have. Instead of begging for damage control in reviews, fix your broken network and outdated equipment.
Final Warning: DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY
I will continue to update this review on every Vyve-related Google listing until every potential customer is warned.
If Vyve is your only ISP option, I genuinely feel bad for you. But if you have any alternative—literally anything...
Read moreThis company is an absolute horror. I should have ran when my appointments were hours late causing me to take more time out of my day. I had Internet set up in two of my homes and it was not a good experience. They put un necessary holes in my homes. On my third home, we had brand new siding and windows installed. A new renter had Vyve broadband, install their equipment and wiring all along our new siding. This company did not check with us as the OWNERS before installing their service on OUR HOUSE! This caused nearly $1000 worth of damage to our property. I had updated my other 2 accounts and the operator must have been entered the info incorrectly, so the two accounts I did have had chargebacks in which they are not willing to remove from the account. Their customer service is AWEFUL! I planned on having a total of six units just to start off with in Abilene that would need the service. These people just cost themselves six plus accounts and will be paying for the damages as I did not authorize them to install their equipment on my brand new siding. Stay away from these guys they do not care about you as an individual or...
Read moreHonestly what service? We have had nothing but issues over the past now 3 months with this company. We have had our internet go out nearly everyday for about 8 hours at a time. Recently it’s gone completely dead. We’ve now had about 5 techs to try to resolve and now we’re stuck waiting for an ETA to even get it fixed, which mind you we’ve been waiting for any update or communication for nearly 2 weeks. You ask them they just say “they’re working on it or will let us know when they have an update”, they’ve been saying for a week they’d contact us, no one has I work from home and I have requested for any support to get this resolved ASAP and they do nothing. Basically paying them every month for no internet! Feel neglected as a customer and that they have no intention of fixing our connection. Never get their services unless you want internet that never works and a customer service team that don’t care about providing customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone, worst experience I’ve had with an internet company. If I could give zero...
