If i could give negative stars i would! My husband and i have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this store! We bought a shelter logic corral structure from them that ended up being faulty and they wont give me my money back. The ratchet straps broke off of the anchors and 2 days later the entire structure blew over my fence and ripped the enclosure kit on it. Nick REFUSES to give me my money back! Some girl just told me "well the customer isnt always right" and i cant even believe ive been treated so poorly when ive spent so much money there. Absolutely unbelievable! Great service and great staff. I love this place for quick trips and incidental needs in the middle of a project. It is a fair bit more expensive than larger locations like home Depot and lowes, but that is understandable in that they are a smaller business in a small town.
