Used to Be My Go-To. Not Anymore.
Iâve been coming to Vapor 100 since you first opened. You can check my numberâIâve spent plenty here over the years. But lately, the direction of this store has gone completely sideways.
Let me be clear right off the bat: Your employees are great. Theyâve always been respectful, helpful, and easy to talk to. This isnât about them. Itâs about managementâthe ones making the decisions behind the scenes. The same folks who swing by to check inventory but canât even say hello to regulars. You know who you are.
The pricing changes and lack of transparency are the real issue. You used to offer solid BOGO dealsâbuy one, get one 40% off. Then you scrapped it completely. And now? Youâre charging more for one item than you did before, with no discount offered at all. No explanation, no heads-upâjust higher prices and fewer benefits for customers.
I even had a heated exchange with a former employee because of how inconsistent things were. One Monday, I was told BOGO was âfrom now on,â so I was likeâcool, thatâs a win. Next time I come in? âOh, we stopped doing that.â Then another time? âNo, weâve always had BOGO and still do.â Like⌠what the hell? Pick a lane. That kind of inconsistency makes people feel like theyâre being taken advantage of. And yeahâI felt that.
On top of that, youâve quietly removed the 24-hour return policy on defective products and now expect customers to test items in-store before leaving. Thatâs sketchy. Especially with products that shouldnât be used if someone plans to drive. Sounds like a way to dodge responsibility.
And the final straw: I did a price check. The same item youâre now charging $27 for? Itâs $22 down the street at Abilene Vaporâbefore tax. I asked them directly, and they havenât raised prices at all, despite any changes from the FDA. So whatâs Vapor 100âs excuse?
This shop used to feel like a good part of the community. Now it feels like it came to town, built loyalty, and once it had the customer base locked inâdecided to squeeze every dollar it could. Thatâs not a business model I can support anymore.

   Read moreI've been a regular customer for months spending anywhere from 150-350 a week and I've never once had a problem with any of the staff members until today. Bella was very rude and disrespectful for no reason. I dont expect someone to worship the ground i walk on just because I spend around a thousand dollars per month at the store..I just want to be shown BASIC respect.
EDIT: So the next day I drive my wife there and i sent her in because Bella was working again and i didn't want to be in the store if she was there. After my wife gets done shopping she comes out with this big dude following her...clearly walking with an aggressive posture. He walks out the door and proceeds to start to yell at me saying that I'm no longer welcome in the store anymore, blah blah. He was actually worse than Bella was. When he came outside and started yelling in front of the store it actually startled my wife and at one point she even feared for her safety. I will be telling all of my friends and family to stay far away...

You know its bad when you feel the need to have to carry at work because the company you work for doesnt care about the safety of their employees. They refused to ban irate and aggressive customers. My employees felt unsafe, unheard, and our morals were disregarded. We were expected to lie to our customers about shady policies regarding bad, expired, and defective products. They upped prices and had us remove price tags so you wouldnt know what the prices were before you were ready to pay. They wanted to lie to you so you would continue to come in and buy their product. To all my customers I will miss seeing on a weekly basis I highly suggest you find another shop that isnt doing all these...
