Visited on August 28th 2025. They were out of almost everything and extremely unapologetic about it. My burrito and my husband was filled with brown guacamole and because they didn’t have the plastic lids for the queso, my chips were covered in it when I got home. We threw our food away. I called the store seeking a refund and it went straight to their customer service center. They offered me one, said it would come to my email. I waited 48 hours and never got it. So, I call back. The second person I speak with says, I can only offer you a coupon. I told her since I was offered a refund I would appreciate it if they would stick to their word and give me what we asked for. She said, no so we asked for a supervisor. We waited 48 hours for that returned call. We didn’t get one. So we made a third phone call. We spoke with a lady named Amanda. She was the first to seem sincere in her apology, reassured us we would receive our refund and that it would be sent to our email. Again, we got absolutely no response and no refund. The unprofessionalism of Chipotle in Albany Georgia is enough for me to never step foot into one for a very long time. This however was the icing on the cake. No wonder their management dosent care that their store isn’t properly stocked or had edible food! Their customer service center is just as incompetent and since you can’t get anyone from the actual store on the phone, how can you express your concerns to the actual general manager of the store so it can be fixed? $35 on some queso and two burritos?...
Read moreI waited 20 minutes for my order after arriving when I was notified my order was ready for pick up. My order was supposedly picked up by a dasher. The customer service was awful. They made me feel like I was wrong to place a pick up order. Saying they don't remake the orders etc. All i know is that i paid for food and they were going to make it! They did not take accountability or apologize for the wait or their error of allowing someone else to take/pick up my order. They said they don't ask to see the receipts (which is the problem) but she asked to see mine. The disrespect was insane. I don't live in Albany and was just passing through but I do not recommend this store due to the poor customer service.
Update: Ha! I went back today and had a better experience. I initially passed by and rolled my eyes but then I remembered that a second chance is due to all and I turned around. Read moreVisited the store today and it was a mess, line was extremely long due to the cash register not accepting anything but cash. Card machine was down. None of the workers apologized for it and a lot of customers left the store due to it. The manager didn't take responsibility like he should and didn't seem all that friendly. There was one guy who was making the food who was very nice but kept smirking, a customer said something to him about it and he just responded, "I have never seen anything like this before. I ordered a beef burrito and one beef taco. Got to the register and stood there for another 5 minutes before someone finally asked what I was waiting on, and I responded to pay for my food. Once she started to ring me up she told me I had steak instead of beef. To keep from getting angry I just left. That is the worst experience ever.
