BE SURE TO READ UPDATE! - We received excellent service at Mattress Firm in Albany! They were very knowledgeable and took us through the perfect steps to discover the right mattress for us. They were super professional from start to finish. We thought about just buying online, but I highly recommend the process of going in locally. We look forward to the delivery and removal service as well. Thanks Mattress Firm for helping us find the perfect mattress! UPDATE!!! WE RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE ON THE PURCHASE BUT BOUGHT THE MATRESS AUGUST 26, 2020 AND AS OF TODAY OCTOBER 12, 2020, WE STILL DO NOT HAVE A MATTRESS!!! After three delivery updates and ya waiting at home for the delivery they still do not have the mattress in stock! The only good thing about Mattress Firm is Charles, our sales rep. I truly feel sorry for him because apparently they only have one mattress type actually IN STOCK which is the most important part! The only option would be to spend $1,300 MORE for the in stock mattress and that was supposed to be our “deal” to make up for it with free delivery and base. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Total waste of two months! So frustrating! I do NOT...

OMG! I needed a mattress for my moms guest room and was so delighted and pleased that I walked into this store. I had the pleasure of meeting with Charles at this Mattress Firm location and he was very thorough and helpful. The store was very well laid out and clean. There was a snack bar there that allowed me to have a very great shopping experience while enjoying snacks. I am very indecisive and while I know I can be a lot for a lot of salesman, this was not the case at this store. When it just feels right you know it. If you don't believe me just stop by and give me a chance and he is also not bad on the eyes. Very well dressed and knowledgeable.

Stop in and ask for Charles he will surely lead you to the mattress of your dreams...LITERALLY!!! I'm going back this weekend with my hubby so we can grab a Tempurpedic. I can't wait to get this mattress home with the adjustable base.

I leave reviews whether good or bad and I have to give credit where credit is due. This is a very nice facility compared to some of the others I have visited. Great job and I'll see you again...

JERMAINE was our salesman. He was not pushy. Asked my husband if we did research, knew what we wanted etc. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and seemed trustworthy. Based on my husband's response, he pointed out a few selections here and there. And then left us alone to look, was not hovering. There were other customers he was finishing up with. My husband is the knowledgeable one about mattresses. I learned a thing or two from Jermaine also.
