When I left my house today I did not plan on buying a bed. I had been thinking of the idea of getting one and had even looked online a few different places Amazon or just one of those bed in a Box kind of things and I went into mattress firm just to see how the prices were and how easy it might be to be able to get one. I first asked about getting a bed in a Box and Attica was graciously kind enough to show me the models they had and even suggested a little bit more expensive one and when I say a little bit more I only mean a couple $100 not $500 I mean like $100 maybe $200. Let me tell you it was very much worth it to be able to get a bed that would not only last longer but woz more comfortable and even had the base that would allow it to sit up! I am thrilled with my new purchase and cannot wait till I get my new bed on Saturday. I was lucky enough to be able to have the time to talk to the guys at mattress firm and they were not pushy at all as to try to sell me a bed that day but I went ahead and purchased one. They were patient enough with me and my two-year-old son and even had toys in an area of the store where there was not any doors so he was not able to escape or go somewhere he should not have been and I was able to get the information that I needed about the beds they were extremely friendly and understanding even whenever my son wanted to play with all the buttons on the beds and even bang the remotes on the floor. Overall I had an amazing experience and that is what made me decide to buy a bed that day from those salesmen. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else to buy bed...

Went to continue to shop for a new bed for me and my husband yesterday. Immediately we are bombarded at the door by a man named David carrying a clipboard. We introduce ourselves and he begins his entire speech of he knows what we want. Any time we laid on a bed he would hover or sit at bed across from us and watch and what not. Never giving me or my husband the space to discuss how we like it or don’t. Eventually we find one we liked and we still were not able to talk about it between the two of us because he would not leave us alone! When I said numerous times we would need to think about it and we would like to check out other places, he then went into his entire thing about their financing and we should just “get this in lockdown”. He assumed we needed financing which was even more annoying. After saying more that we would need to think about it, and us trying to be as polite as possible, I even offered to leave contact information for us, he couldn’t even remember our names. (Horrible customer service) We finally said thank you and walked out. About 10 min later we arrived at a family owned small business across the street that got us right what we needed and at an amazing price, and even stayed after hours to insure all paperwork was done and we were able to bring our new bed home the same day. I would avoid Mattress Firm in general since its ran like a car dealership l, and David himself was uncomfortable to deal with. I do recommend Mattress Direct, who was...

Well my wife and I started out looking at mattress firm online. We found the mattress we wanted and I called the number Instead of ordering on Line which was a good thing because we got an extra 10% off. It was a very smooth and easy transaction he gave us the delivery date was the next day they called with a 2 hour window and we're here on time. The mattress was beautiful but it was very firm And we are basically side sleepers and that sure didn't work for us. Unsure of my next steps I actually went to the mattress firmed store and Talk to a very nice gentleman atticus Henry. such an amazing representative for mattress firm He gave a 110% and helped us through the process. Today we are Getting a new mattress shipped one I know that will work because i tried it out at the store. So the lesson here is do not buy a mattress online without 1st going to the store and checking it out. Believe me it's worth the time and effort.
