Dined here for the first whilst in town for a layover. My fellow flight attendant/bestie and I really enjoyed the food. All the flavors, good variety, and options were awesome. The waitress, unfortunately, was very unpleasant, pushy, and seemed to have a really bad and negative demeanor and attitude towards us. She did nothing but rush us out the entire time. From the we had finished our first plate and made comments that she overheard that detailed us going back up to the buffet to try other options. I brought her negative behavior up to the gentleman/ cashier who was really nice and apologetic bout the whole thing. He then insisted they weren't at all busy and that thrur should be no rush. Again, we found him very professional with a great positive attitude and great customer service as well as a people-person. He sincerely apologized on behalf of the ill treatment we received from our waitress. I will definitely recommend this place for the food, the cooks, kitchen staff, and front desk gentleman cashier. Unfortunately, they need to reevaluate their current waitresses on staff and correct any future issues with unpleasantness and overwhelming feeling of being clearly rushed for no reason. We weren't...
Read morefood was decent until i went to get sushi.. The sign said all you can eat, and my method is to take that as a challenge, so i decide to make about 45 trips to the sushi table and after officially clearing the entire sushi selection i request some steak at the hibachi counter. let's just say that they do not take it as a challenge. The chef screamed at me to sit down and told me i eat enough for whole family. in my head i know i've got about 3 plates left till i'm content with leaving. I mosy about for around 15-20 minutes until they restock the sushi and then i make my move. this time instead of leaving a couple out of each roll ,i took them all. The look on the mans face is priceless. I sat down and finished ~30 dollars of sushi for a second time. I then got back up and went to the counter for hibachi again and told him i think i would be done with sushi if i could have some steak and he got pissed but continued making my steak. i sat down and ate my steak and had my wife go up there a few minutes later and grab some more sushi. I guess rule of thumb for these tiny asians is dont piss off a professional eater, but for 6.99 i...
Read moreBeen to this place a few times but today was our last! Dined in about 4:30. Not really busy. Seated immediately and went to buffet. After first plate, not even done, waitress proceeds to push check in our face and point out our total super loud. We go up for a 2nd trip and, as we walk by her, my fiancé tells her we are still eating, to which she gives him a nasty stare. Proceed to eat 2nd plate and we are talking about a trip we have upcoming next weekend and looking up details. Our waitress decides to tap her pen by my fiancés head and hover over us. Finally he stopped eating and jumped up to pay. My daughter and I were still sitting, as she was showing me an event for our upcoming trip and I was finishing to watch it. She starts tapping SUPER loud and as soon as we jump up, she turns around to the table and slams stuff around. Service is horrible!
Also noted food cold, waitress stations not clean, food on floor, and spider webs in the neon hibachi sign above the...
