I had an AIO contract with my phone and I lived 45 minutes from the store and I went there so that I could get it set up to where they would have my bank pay so that I wouldn't have to drive 45 minutes both ways . The next month my phone got turned off and I called them and I forgot to get the money from the bank. So, I had to drive 45 minutes back up there and had to pay an activation fee of $40 again and give them the information and router number of my checking account and drive 45 minutes back home. The next month the same thing happened and I had to pay another $40 activation fee and 45 minutes back home. Well the third month when it happened again, I wasn't going through that again. Absolutely worst Game Stop I’ve ever been too. Me & my wife went to this location to trade in her PS4. The two employees on duty were Pete (Store Leader) & Micah (Assistant Store Leader). No personality whatsoever. Neither spoke or was warm/welcoming. They had no idea how to do a trade in..it took well over 45 minutes all because they stated they could not find the serial number but it showed on the pin pad that it registered in the POS & could be returned. A few more customers came in & yet in still, they never spoke to any of them or asked to assist them. Oh & Pete (Store Leader) was walking around the store fussing on the phone about a potential lawsuit they were about to have. So unprofessional. We will never visit this...

Update- the last few times I have been here I have been helped out by an employee who both times has acted like he knows more than I do about what I'm asking. No real help, or good attitude, just "i know more than you" attitude. But both times I've proven him wrong about what he "thought" he knew. Bottom line....don't treat your customers like you're smarter than them.
