The line staff was rude! rude! she was so rude that my son and i walked out of line and left she was one of your oldest staff I go to Piccadilly often and she's always a little rude always looking like she going out of her way to service the customer her customer service is a disappointment I have been coming to Piccadilly since I was a kid and her customer service has always been poor it must be time for her to retire. She haven't got it yet. She's still there and rude as ever!! I ordered fish she told me there was no fish then when I questioned her she said it will take a long time to cook about 20 to 30 minutes, I have ordered fish before it has never took that long before but that was not the point I was going order something else she walked off like I wasn't there! This place has gone down from when I use to go there years ago. A fly landed on 3 slices of uncovered pie, and I told the server...he removed them, but didn’t throw them away. So, he probably put them right back on the serving line once my husband and I went through. The chicken was fried hard. It looked like they had an excessive amount of flour in the batter. Of the food items that I ordered on this day, I only ate the Italian Cream Cake because it was covered with Saran Wrap. The decor is so outdated it looks like a movie set of a 80s restaurant! They no longer serve the Cod fish that I actually went there for. They really need to reinvent this place and bring it up to date, lose the flies, and ensure that every chef/cook is putting food out that is beyond or at least up...

Ok, I am 32 and I have been eating here all my life. I have not had a time that I was disappointed eating here. This is one of the places that I made sure to eat at when I came home on military leave. Now, I eat here every time I come to Alexandria with my grandmother. It is really nothing super special. It's just a place that I ate at as a kid and love it. Plus, it reminds me of the chow hall in the Air Force. The food has always been just how I remember it; good!
