Been to this location a few times and it’s usually alright although a bit expensive for the same or similar items you can often find other places for significantly cheaper usually the service and quality make up for the price difference, however my most recent visit was soured quite a bit and I likely won’t go back to this location or possibly WS again.
We wanted to purchase a cast iron pan which was listed as being on sale - the sales associate on the floor Miguel was friendly and searched with us to help locate the correct pan on sale although it took awhile and we initially had trouble correctly identifying the right pan he tried his best - it was when we got to check out and the pan did not ring up at the expected price when the manager stepped in to help that it all went south.
She started making up excuses like only certain colors were on sale or that we had actually grabbed the wrong pan - after berating us for 5 min and basically telling us we were too stupid to understand a sale sign or read a product description I got tired of arguing over the clearly posted sale price so I asked the manager which pan was actually on sale as we would take that one and she responded “I don’t know do you want THIS pan or not?” So we ended up just walking out. She could use some serious training on the products in her store as well as how to talk with and assist customers. Lost a sale and a...
Read moreNo acknowledgement from 3 employees with an empty store. They were busy talking to one another. I asked if I could buy a stove top pan similar to the one that another employee sold me. The employee asked if i had a receipt. When I said no and that i didn't bring it with me but it would be on our credit card receipt. She started with the No's and the why not's of being able to help me. I told her she shouldn't be so negative without trying to find solutions which resulted in what seemed to be more of an argument. After a few minutes she pulled up the account on the computer and found out what i was looking for within a minute. Fast forward to the following week and the employee didn't use the reward certificate correctly and the online customer service can't tell what you ordered so they send you to the store. Andrea, at the store told me to call Comenity Bank. I questioned why i would call the bank when the store didn't credit my account properly. She said "well, we are really busy and if you had your receipt i could help you but you don't." So, I had to call back to customer service, look up the prices online and then file a dispute for the reward that i wasn't credited. This process isn't simple because after i get the dispute in the mail then i have to follow up with them in a written explanation. I"M DONE... the card will be closed and i won't...
Read moreThe employee’s name is Nicole.
Our encounter started off with a poor taste in our mouth because while having a full hand of items, Nicole told us, while pointing way up high that, “we need to get in line behind the sign,” even though there was no line and we were not standing near any other customers. Personally, this came off very rude and unnecessary.
Our experience continued to worsen when Nicole was unfriendly, rude, and seeming as if our need for help was a burden. We understand that there are policies in place and that she must abide by the policies, but the manor in which she explained those policies were abrupt, argumentative and not very customer service-like. In addition to our sour experience and lack of customer service, we were told varying and differing information about the return policy, which left us feeling confused and mislead.
I have always had great experiences here that i even had my wedding registry at this location with this store. I recommend not buying from Williams Sonoma, as they have unfriendly customer policy's and...
