Puros Tacos Y Ramen — Restaurant in Anaheim

Wow, I can’t even begin to find the words to describe how AMAZING this restaurant is!! The cashier was patient with my boyfriend and I as we looked at the menu and was very friendly as we ordered, cracking jokes and keeping a smile on his face. After we finished ordering our food (quesabirria, burrito de lengua & birria tacos), he told us to wait because he was going to give us a sample of the carne asada and birria meat, without us even asking! Both the meats were amazing and we were even more excited for our meal. My boyfriend stocked up on a bunch of sauces and toppings they have available at a self-serve counter and the employees obviously took notice because they brought our food out in a cardboard box that they insisted we keep in order to carry everything we ordered, as well as a bag to hold all the sauces we grabbed as well. I went to an open restaurant and bought a burrito to take home. However, when I took a bite, the pork was completely raw, and pig bones almost broke my teeth. I never left a burrito uneaten anywhere before, but I didn't expect to encounter such trash in this recently opened place. The restaurant is permeated with a cheap air freshener smell, which is so strong that it reaches the street outside. Going inside is uncomfortable due to the overpowering scent of the air freshener. This place is just amazing! Great customer service, delicious food and clean and organized small place, you can see the pride of ownership all over this place, today was my first time and I promise you I will be here till I'm done trying every item on their menu 😀, couple blocks away from my work so I'm so glad I finally stopped by today, please come by and support small local businesses like this one, they deserve it.
