Kids Empire Anaheim — Attraction in Anaheim

This place was amazing. I went to the Anaheim location. yes, it was a little crowded. yes its noisy. its a kids indoor playground so that was expected. what was a really nice touch, i noticed the music wasn't blasting in the background. if you want to do a bday party just get the whole package its worth it. everything was included, pizza, drinks, goody bags, balloons etc. plus we could bring our own food/ extras we just had to bring our own cake because they dont currently have a cake vendor. which was fine because my daughter wanted a SpongeBob cake. they did have candles and cake knifes available if you forget. and extra plates/ cups. very clean place, nice bathrooms, attentive staff, baby friendly. our host Felipe was phenomenal! he helped me set up everything, and attended to my guests. i watched him and noticed he recognized people in my party and would remind the kids about cake time and other things so i didnt have to chase after everybody during their play and the adults could relax and talk. my daughter had a great time. Felipe even went down the slide with her when she was afraid to go the first time. she told me about it later. what a kind and professional employee. he is definitely leader material. there were plenty of things for the kids to enjoy so they kept occupied. we will be coming back. note: i dont know why people are complaining about mask enforcement. they have a huge sign on the front door "MASKS REQUIRED even if vaccinated". the staff all had masks on and most of the guests were following the mask guidelines. just a few rebel guests, and babys. also, things like grip socks and enforcing masks on kids, thats not the venue's job. thats the parents job. the parents should be prepared and handle their kids accordingly. i did see alot of irresponsible parenting going on but it has nothing to do with the...

This was the worse experience!

I booked a party here on 7/31. I called the day before to confirm everything. The day I arrived the AC was out and had been out for two days. No one told me. They didn't even give the courtesy of telling me. I had to go to the front and ask why it was so hot. So they took my payment without telling me. They kept saying it was going to be fixed but it didn't get fixed until 7:30 that night after another patron threaten to call the police. I was kind and I waited for them to fix the ac. Most of my party went home because who would want to stay there in that heat during Covid?

My party was at 5:30pm. I didn't want to bring out food or the cake until the ac was fixed - they kept telling me "in 15 mins". So we didn't sing or eat until 7:30 and they started cleaning at 7:50. When I talked to the staff they said email the corp office and they will issue a refund. Today I finally got an email saying they will not issue a refund because I had the party. Between the day after the party and now I've called several times to ask to speak to a manager or the Corp office and no one has called me back. The supervisor on shift kept saying someone will call me back and/or making excuses for the ac.

It's shady that they took my $700 plus dollars without giving me the curtesy of choosing to move forward with the party knowing they have AC problems

No one in the management or Corp level will call me back to address my issue.

They do not clean any of their equipment the entire day, mandate masks, or take responsibility.

Unsafe and harmful environment for kids and employees. Their employees are young adults placed in a harmful situation and not allowed to tell people of the circumstances until people have paid.

Today we had my sons 1st Birthday at kids Empire in Anaheim and honestly it was a horrible experience especially for the price that we payed over $400 for 3 hours. First the kids empire was way over max capacity. My kids and other kids of my party kept gettting pushed and shoved by bigger kids. Second of all, I paid to have a private section for my party but it wasn't private at all. Our tables where so close to the other tables that the guy at the other table behind me kept rubbing backs and pushing each other for extra space. It was so crowded. We couldn't even stand up because people where walking right by us so he had to move out the way. Third of all, the staff was so inappropriate especially the manager that's African American with the black shirt. He was so rude when we where being our concerns to him. Besides him being rude he was demanding and later after we left he called my wife since she was the one that booked the event and yelling tell that our concerns where invalid then he gave her attitude. So in appropriate. The staff wasn't on time with our planned party. The pizza was late and especially cold. The dinasor that come out came to out to take for 10 seconds than left and never came out to take my party to dance. Then they where suppose to provide a cake witch they didn't have to we had to bring our own cake and to top it off the lady cutting our cake, she botched it.
