Solo ordene un burrito de desayuno y una hawaiana, nada complicado. Mi orden tomo por lo menos 40 min porque ademas estaba mal el burrito. una muchacha con mala attitude me dijo que las otras Ăłrdenes eran de online que por eso estaba lista ya đ Y luego el burrito tenĂa muchĂsima grasa a chorros que no me lo comĂ. La verdad ordenen online. aunque llegue antes de que abrieran fui la primer orden y asĂ tardo mĂĄs que los demĂĄs. ???? I only ordered a breakfast burrito and Hawaiian fruit mix and my order took about 40 minutes when I asked the lady why my order was taking forever she and the other ones came out already she said they were the one was online with an attitude so I guess you need to order online for it to be ready quick because they don't care about the people that go in and order. I was the first one in line and I was the last one to get my food two people ahead of me got Their food first and I only got literally a burrito and a fruit salad and a water, and it took forever. Honestly it's not worth coming in and waiting forever to get your food for it to be made wrong if I come back I'm going to make sure that I put in the order over the phone or online since that's what their priority is. Btw the burrito had way too much oil , it leaked all over the paper and I couldn't even eat it...gross. I'm not happy but whatever...

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. Iâve been a regular customer and always order the same thing: a Cuban torta with the beans on the side. This time, when I asked for it the way I always do, the cashier Maribel responded in an arrogant and mocking tone, telling me that âduring her shift thatâs not allowedâ and that I should come back at night if I wanted it made that way. Another cashier standing next to her said it actually did depend on the cook and how they were feeling that day which honestly made it feel even more unprofessional.
When I stepped away from the register, Maribel laughed at me, and she even told me to just go to another location because they werenât going to make my food the way I wanted it here. Iâve never experienced this kind of rude attitude at any CancĂșn Juice before, and it was really disappointing.
I truly hope management takes this seriously. No customer should be treated this way especially not for something as simple as asking for a standard order that has been...

Today I ordered 4 items: 1 chamoyada, cafetosso cajeta, cafetosso chocolate, and a popeye juice. Both cafetosso was full of ice. Chocolate had no flavor. The chamoyada looked like a juice blend and the tamarindo enbended straw tasted old. The popeye juice was disgusting. I spoke with the manager Jorge about the taste. From the telephone conversation, he is not prepared as a manager. His method of dealing with the issue was just saying, "Oh okay. I'm sorry". He kept repeating this. To be honest, the staff has to be much more prepared to take issues. I wouldn't hire this individual but that is for another discussion.
