Read moreStore is clean and well organized despite the location and the size. Normally there is someone at the door to greet you and most of the staff is pretty nice. This target has a Starbucks and this is the reasoning behind the 3-star review. The last couple of times I went I had the “pleasure” of encountering a staff member by the name of Emarie. She was extremely rude upon approaching and seemed annoyed by my walking up to order a drink. She was texting on her phone and I felt like I was bothering her or interrupting her. She didn’t listen to my order and then she put dairy in a nondairy drink I asked for due to my allergies. My daughter went and asked her for some ice and she met her with an eye roll and stared her down. My daughter asked her if there was an issue and that it was not polite what she did. I chalked it up to a bad day but nonetheless it was rude. The second time I came to the Starbucks she was talking to a colleague and seemed so into the conversation that she didn’t bother to turn away since this was a crucial conversation to be having. I politely waited and asked if I could order something to which she rolled her eyes and clicked her tongue at me. I was taken aback and decided not to order anything anymore and I caution ANYONE who decides to order her that as long as Emarie is working, you will be met with a rotten, pretentious and snooty attitude. As well as anyone you are with she is rude to no matter how friendly you...
Read more8.30.2020: Hours ago, I overheard another customer wanting to exchange a perfectly packaged mask for another one, and a white, female cashier at Exchange and Refunds Services mentioned she had to "destroy" the former item (even though it wasn't opened or tampered with from what I saw and heard from the said client) instead of reselling it. What in the monumental bullcrap is this kind of Target policy? Given that shoppers can touch any item and perhaps leave it at the shelf or counter if they no longer want it, shouldn't the same logic of destructing such contacted items apply? That product could surely be used by someone else, provided that it wasn't used (wherein this case, the masks were packaged) at the outset. Total waste but I also doubt it was true; it was probably some fabrication in order to make the customer look/feel bad because I am certain that perfectly sealed item already went back wherever shelf it originally came from. If it didn't, then WOW. Care to answer, 2222 E Lincoln Ave, Anaheim, CA...
