Beware of unhappy people when you read these reviews, because they are extremely misleading. For one, the hotel is old. Yes, it is aged, and when you first walked up to it from the outside, it looks like its falling apart. Check- in was clearly simple, used Priceline Name Your Own Price. I found no issues with check in, reception desk was friendly. The elevator was indeed old, but it is in working condition and smelled like it had just been disinfected, which was nice to know they are working on cleanliness. I found that the rooms had upgraded locks, which made me feel safe leaving my belongings in the room. We get in the room, and no, there is no HDTV, no Executive desk, and no couch. There is a decent bed, clean sheets, vacuumed floor, and acceptable bathroom. Being the sceptic that I am, I searched underneath the bed for bedbugs, between mattress, headboard. Not a sign. I also took a Q tip to the bathtub edges. I immediately noticed that the porcelain coating on the tub itself was almost gone, but repaired at bottom with a stick on industrial patch for tubs. Although the tub was old, it was clean. Prior to arriving, I had requested after checkout that I wanted to leave my bags at a check in. They did not have a bell hop, but they were extremely accommodating leaving my 65 pound suitcase in the Office area where no one would touch it. I did not explore the free breakfast, instead McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts were across the street, and I craved Iced Coffee. So, take it or leave it, but here is my opinion. Hotel is Safe, Clean, Friendly. It is falling apart, needing a full and complete remodel. They were upgrading equipment, like coffee makers and bedside tables. Folks, it is a Days Inn. They are not a Upper class Hotel. This hotel is perfect for the middle class budget friendly to stay a few nights and get a great deal. I did not see roaches, I did not see bedbugs, I did not see mold. Take it as you wish! I...

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by an elder lady at the front desk. It seems that she gets overwhelmed when there are several people waiting to check in and rushes you to give your reservation information and fill out a form without explaining what it is about. There, you put your name, your number, address and your license plate number.
After that, we got our keys and headed to our room, which just entering it you could smell and perceive how dirty and old is.
We took a 2 hours nap and later, late night, when it was quiet, we saw small roaches on top of the chest dresser, where the tv is and took a look behind it and there were 2 traps, each one with a few dead roaches. How disgusting!!!
The bedsheets had blood stains, the bathroom sink would blast water when turning it on at first and get you and everything around wet. The space for the microwave had food crumbs and there was hair in the Mini fridge.
The heating machine smelled burnt and was falling apart, as was the furniture in the room, apart from the fact that it doesn't work well and is full of dust.
Since on the day of arrival there was a winter storm and many could not attend work, I wanted to be understanding that perhaps the cleaning service was not at full capacity. But the next morning I requested it and when we returned, they had only taken out the trash and made the beds. The floor was still dirty, as were the crumbs of food in front of the microwave. I asked the girl on duty if she could lend me her broom to sweep the room and she told me that she would do it and as I watched her sweep, she just passed the broom quickly and was already leaving, when I practically begged her to lend it to me and she just did. I passed the broom along the base of the bed and chocolate wrappers, still wrapped chocolates and garbage came out from under the beds. I don't wonder why the...
Read morePlease take the 1-star/Low reviews seriously. I recently had a pretty rough stay at what I can only call one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. The conditions were really horrid.
As soon as I walked into my room, I immediately noticed how dirty everything was. The furniture was old and falling apart. The couch and computer chair were stained, and there were questionable marks on the bed skirt. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, mildew, and mold, which made it hard to relax. The flickering light fixtures didn’t help the unsettling atmosphere.
To top it off, the bolt lock on the door was broken, which made me feel unsafe, especially with homeless people hanging around outside. I didn’t see any roaches inside my room, but I did spot them crawling on the windows outside, which was pretty gross.
The pictures online are misleading. They make it look like a nice hotel when it's really more of a motel. It reminded me of a place like Motel 6, but even that would be an upgrade. The breakfast was just bread, juice, and coffee definitely not what you’d expect from a decent hotel.
Also, the elevator was out of service, which was a hassle. I kept running into a young guy smoking in the staircase, which made the place feel even more unpleasant. The staff also struggled with English, making it frustrating to get help with anything. I kept trying to see past these things but the longer I stayed the more I saw everything reflected in every other review. This place is stomach turning. It’s a hotel straight out a horror movie.
I ended up leaving after just one night. As soon as I could get an alternative Airbnb I checked out and left. Within minutes. This place isn’t worth your time or money. It’s gross, filthy, disgusting, unsafe, and not well managed. I’d strongly suggest looking for somewhere...
