Last night I was going in to meet some friends and was met with a very rude security guard White with tattoos on his face. His face me the nastiest look and asked me if I had a reservation. Now 8 of my friends were in there and got there a few minutes before I walked to the door. I told him my friends were in there and he proceeds to ask what is it under. At this point I’m not understanding because no one made a reservation. They were just trying to get money out of me. I am not sure why a bar is charging 20 dollars to get in especially when most likely ppl will be spending money inside the bar. Anyway this guy continues to be rude to me when I asked you need a reservation to get inside because out of the 8 ppl I was with no one else was told that. Now I am a darker skinned woman I am not sure if this is why he came at me so aggressively when I was just asking a question. He started getting smart with me saying yea that’s what I said and this and that it got to a point when I asked him why you are talking to me like that he then asked the other security who was black to deal with me. I have never felt so belittled and disrespected in my entire life. I am not sure why these security guards have no type of respect especially when it comes to paying patrons. I will not be returning here. Especially if this establishment is going to hire men who have anger issues or hate towards women and probably can’t find a job somewhere else. We recently celebrated a birthday party here, and I have to say, this was by far the worst experience of the year—and the year just started.

First, it took an entire hour just to place an order for birthday shots, followed by another hour for only half of our party to receive their drinks. The remaining drinks trickled in another 30 minutes later—so much for a timely toast! The staff was completely incompetent, unable to fulfill a simple drink order in under two hours. And the food ordering process? Even worse.

Our waiter was clearly unprepared to handle a group. Instead of taking everyone’s order at once, he walked away from the table four separate times, dragging out the process to a ridiculous three hours just to order food and drinks. Ironically, the takeout order was the fastest thing we received the entire night.

This place might be fine for kids or individuals who don’t mind subpar service, but for anyone who values their time and money, it’s a hard pass. The atmosphere screams “under 25,” and the service quality is just as immature. To top it off, the bathrooms were disgusting—filthy, smelly, and lacking hot water.

There were only about 15 people in the entire restaurant, yet it still took three hours to get our food. And when it finally arrived? Just okay at best, overpriced, and heavy on the grease. No vegan options available, either.

I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone 25 or older who expects even basic...

This place is literally making everyone sick, my sister was sick in October and friend , my friend was sick and several other ppl, steaming from October of last year until now, I was very I’ll after consuming the water , and food on March 21st , today I was sent a post that someone on Instagram experienced the same illness and so many ppl at least 100 had the same exact experience just over the past weekend steaming from April 1st til today. Please be cautious , I notified the health department , and the police department and they are investigating the matter at hand immidiately! The promoter who does the brunch and the Wednesday party was online making jokes , and siding with people making very ignorant comments. And showed no remorse for the victims who were fainting and they sat them on the curb and called for no medical assistance. It was also stated by one of security guards that this situations happens a lot and that they are sick of it! This is unacceptable, Caspi lounge and the people who promote including bald head entertainment( that’s the name of the promoter group) should be held accountable!
