I went there with family. Picked few items and told the person helping these are the items we would like to buy and she gave us a receipt and ones all the items are available we will give you a call when they are ready for pickup. You can make payment at the time of pickup. But next morning I get call from Vironica that we need to make the payment imediately since these items are on clearances and we can't get these items for you unless paid in full. But my reply was hold on how things changed over night. And you guys gave me a recipet. Then she puts her manager on the phone who is very rude, unprofactional, talks like a thug over the phone her name is Amy. She was talking like we owe her money or some thing and we are in default. You need to make payment right now or you won't get the items. And i told her I have no problem in make payment if you guys have asked me to do so yesterday. ( I don't want t go too much in details about the whole conversation) long story short she was saying that we didn't want to make payment yesterday. Which was not making any seance to me. Why would I go there place an order for items if I didn't want to make payment. And they gave me a recipet for the items with total amount due at the time of pickup. Now she was telling me make a payment over the phone right now or come to the store today ASAP make the payment or you don't get the items. I would have made the payment over the phone as well. I have done that many times. But the way this Lady Amy was acting and talking over the phone like she is making a collection company phone call and was absolutely rude, unprofactionl. Worst of all she hangs up phone on me saying that you have until 5pm to make the payment if you don't make payment you don't get the items. No business is bad or good. It's the people Working in the business make it good or bad. If any business will have a manger like Amy in Lee lighting Arlingtion TX. Any business will become the worst business to deal with and customer service. I didn't want to mention words like customer service, politeness and humbleness to Amy since, I don't think she has ever heard of any of these words and knows meaning of these words. Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Lee Lighting. From the very beginning, this process has been frustrating and full of missed expectations. We spent a significant amount of money outfitting our new home with the right ceiling fans and lighting, and trusted their team to guide us through the selection and installation process with professionalism and care.
Unfortunately, once the sale was made, the service completely fell apart. The installer put in all of our ceiling fans without asking or confirming the light color settings—even though I made it very clear at the time of purchase that I wanted bright, daylight-toned lighting. The fans were left on the default settings, and now they’re refusing to come back out to make it right.
What’s worse is the lack of accountability. Despite multiple attempts to get someone to follow through, we’ve been met with resistance and excuses instead of support. For a company that claims to care about customer satisfaction, this has been incredibly disappointing.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel strongly that others should be aware of what to expect. If you’re considering Lee Lighting, I would strongly suggest getting every detail in writing and preparing for a lack of follow-through once your check clears. I sincerely hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this...
Read moreFirst time shopping at this store and it was one of the best experiences I have had. Dorthy was beyond amazing. It was absolute pleasure working with her. I was able to shop for my ENTIRE HOUSE in less than 2 hours. She looked at my pictures and listened to my likes/dislikes, the style I was going for. Very quickly she was able to show me items within my idea of what I was looking for. She knows the store extremely well and she made sure she kept me on track with style, color etc. She also made sure she kept the cost in mind and gave me economical choices and did not pressure me into items that were pricier or her choices. She topped it off by making sure she searched online and price matched and did all she could to save me $$.
If you decide to shop there please ask for Dorthy. Plus they have amazing selection and great deals.
The only compliant I have is the delivery process. The fact that they cannot give you a delivery window, contact dispatch or get better information on when to expect your delivery - aside from a delivery date and call 30 mins to 1 hr before delivery.
