2022-05: Came to Augusta Mall with a few specific stores in mind to visit, but started with an unplanned walk into Palmetto Moon after seeing the storefront outside. Being it was my first visit here, I got the vibe of small, expensive southern boutique meets beach/summer apparel souvenir shop. They have really cute women's clothing, but the focus is definitely on t-shirts in the apparel aspect, be in womens, mens, or childrens. They have a lot of nice quality vinyl stickers, a small shoe area (sandals, flip-flops, and Crocs), small you section, some souvenir/gift areas, hats/caps here and there, and definitely a Yeti and Hydro Flask presence. I spent a while looking at everything and the employees were pleasant. Jasmine is the bomb!!!! I honestly didn't even know this young lady is the store manager! Definitely deserves a raise. She had went over and beyond her job to make sure I got these Kan Can shorts I purchased! Every store she called (bless her) they were sold out! Finally she was able to track a pair down for me. Waited in line about 15 minutes while the associated worked in a computer issue. This part wasn't a problem for us. It's when the girl with 6 inches of make up on told the guy that he was to wait on someone else that was on "hold". She didn't even bother to explain why.
