Keep looking. For $60 a night you get pedestals with wires hanging out, long term residents that don’t maintain their lots and everything on the property is in disrepair. 10 showers and only one works. The messiest laundry room I’ve ever seen, an empty pool, a sun deck that is locked. When at the dog park your view across the river is of homeless people in tents. Definitely not worth $60 a night.

Clean large sites with friendly helpful staff in a good location although under a freeway. Run down and full of long term dilapidated resident RVs, but no other nearby RV Parks so I reluctantly elevated my review to 2-stars. Our 1st site had a clogged sewer, 2nd frayed wiring, 3rd ok. We left early after one night for Golden Terrace which was even worse!

One star only because 0 is not possible. I simply can not believe the amount they are charging for this I will add pictures. Appalling but obviously there is a reason they are the only park in area with spots available. Enter at your own risk if you can find the actual entrance through the rubbish!!

Reference the response to Mr. Dang. First it is Mrs. Dang (Female). Again pls stop the nonsense explanations. I have always known our RV was 30 amp. The point is you never stated you were charging us a price for 50 amp, and there was no disclosure that there were different costs at the time we signed in. The discussion was you were charging us a diff. price than on the large ad board to the left of the counter and you replied there was an increase pointing to the clutter of paperwork on the table in front of you on the other side of the counter. So now you have added deceit by the made up story of why you charged of more on our first stay. Reference our return 24 June 2019. This same older woman verbally assaulted my wife. In brief she lied again, loudly scolding her stating - don't pretend you don't remember correctly, and called my wife a liar. After the older woman pointed at the other much younger woman - stating she remembers what was said that day. My wife said that person was not here, just turn on the camera or recorder and it will tell the truth. The younger woman did not look up or comment because she was not even present in the office at any time we were there previously, and she wanted no part of this falsely attaching a customer. I was there and when I spoke she reprimanded me saying, don't get in the middle of this now. Of all the other irrelevant and/or misrepresenting time and words, Most Importantly is when my wife replied to the older woman that she - my wife was telling the truth, that older woman said, "I don't know where you come from,". Mrs Dang snapped back stating, "That is a racist question", the older woman quickly responded with, "Yeah, I am a Racist", continuing with her wrongfully blaming my wife for everything. After all the conversation and displays she offered of her origin and heritage etc. it was a deeply shameful experience to here her carry on in such an outright false representation of happenings, and conclude with an outburst of I am a Racist. Mr. Kartak This is an overpriced parking lot with violations of every city/county and state safety codes. Every category of wiring with exposed ends out from the ground, from poles etc. above, and out of post and walls. No investment in customer safety at all - yet single age children running freely - unsupervised. What a accident/fatality waiting to...

Stayed 2 nights here. Watch what they charge you and that you have the hook ups you are charged for. Had to hold 1st night with a credit card; paid for 2nd with same credit card when we arrived. We were over charged for 2nd night. I looked at their handwritten receipt and it said $57.60 per night, so we assumed they lied about taxes being included (supposed to be $51.30 per night for 30 amp site). Got to site and looked at the 2 credit card receipts; 1 of them wasn't even mine. Before I could call the office, the 1st lady called me and said she made a mistake, it was $51.30 so she would void the receipt and we could pick up the receipts in the office. A couple minutes later, she brought the receipts to us instead. Our last morning we realized we had nothing proving she voided the over charge and the credit card did not show the void yet, so we had to stop at the office. The lady in there (2nd lady) couldn't help us because the 1st lady who did it wrong had to take care of it, so she called the 1st lady to come to the office (lives there). Of course, 2nd lady misplaces the receipts I handed her when we walked in the office. Luckily, 1st lady found them and finally located the receipts from the day we arrived. She gave me the customer copy showing the voided payment. Would have been so much easier if she would have given that to me at the same time she brought the other receipts instead of making us worry we were charged for an extra day and at a higher amount. Before we arrived, we saw photos of a pool online, but there is no pool. There is no shower house or laundry that we could find either. RVs and travel trailers are literally up against each other as they are very narrow sites. There is a railroad track right beside the park, so keep that in mind as they seem to run 24 hours a day. The site we had was supposed to be a 30 amp pull thru with full hookups, but we didn't even have water on our site. We had to hook to the neighboring site to take a shower. When I told them about the water, she said we had to hook to the one which was on our left, not the right because that one didn't work. She was wrong, there was no water on our pole nor on the right. Luckily, the neighboring travel trailer was gone on our right and that we had a 50 foot hose because we had to hook to water 2 sites over to our right. Check your hook...

This place is an absolute dump. Was renting a house from the Jewish and homophobic owner, Faye, and was told a story that the property was being sold and thet we wouldn't be able to renew our lease even though we wanted to. We were informed of said "sell" around July 12th. Starting then, we started looking for a new place. Found a place and started the process of paperwork and applications. Finally got approved to move in July 25th. We started the moving process almost immediately. We were moving from a 3 bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment. This means downsizing and making choices of what to bring. I also work full-time, take care of my disabled husband, and only have one car. So needless to say, it was going to take some time to move out completely. We were still moving as of August 3rd with the rest of our stuff ready for one last trip. That evening I went to the hospital because I had been feeling bad for a few days. I had a blood infection and was in the hospital until Wednesday afternoon. As soon as I got out I reached out to the glorified receptionist Veronica and let her know what happened. She informed me that the Jewish homophonic owner, Faye, had entered the house and threw away my stuff. I told Veronica that I would be by Thursday to get the rest of the stuff. When I showed up Thursday, all my stuff had been gone through, as in dumped on the floor as rummaged through. There were items missing, as well as a bag full of geodes, gemstones, gold, silver, and a latch hook my dead grandmother made for me when I was 8 years old. I asked the Jewish homophonic owner, Faye, what happened to my stuff today and she admitted that some was taken and the bag with my gold, silver, geodes, gemstones, and my latch hook had been "thrown away". Full disclosure. Were we always on time with rent, no. Did we pay every month including any late fees, yes. Turns out, they didn't want to renew our lease and instead of saying that, lied and said the property was being sold. So since they broke the lease agreement as of around July 12th we legally have 30 days to get all property from the residence. They do not understand or know landlord/tenant laws. It's very sad. Both of there girls at the front (and yes they are girls, they are not adults) are incompetent and honestly snakes. Don't give then your money. Much better...
