2/4/23 Update: to my surprise I went to again shop with this location and have been blacklisted from shopping in their establishment. Jed could not give me a reason why I was being rejected, just said I wasn’t allowed to shop due to my ID being “rejected”. I went to another dispensary location and my identification worked just fine. I can only assume I’ve been banned from shopping at Green Solution Colfax because of my honest review on 2/2/23 to which they admitted fault since the website is STILL not properly updated as of 9pm today. Shame on Green Solution Colfax for treating their consumers this way. Definitely will NOT be shopping here again due to the retaliation by this establishment.
*2/3/23Update: I contacted Green Solution at their request, Ms. Karla was kind enough to rectify this situation immediately! I was able to even exchange for the value I paid and got an extra goodie and most importantly I am once again a satisfied customer! The gentlemen who checked me out is always super friendly glad I can continue to be serviced here! They were awesome at reassuring me that they valued my service, did not make me feel like a burden and I am very pleased to give this update! Updated to a five star!! Very sad im considering not shopping here after being a long time customer. Closest dispensary to me and they've seen a lot of my hard-earned dollars. I've been coming to this location since it opened.
I prefer to do online orders so I placed an order on 2/2 based on the website I ordered 7g of FLOWER, I made the purchase and didn't even think to have them open the jar before walking out. I indeed did NOT receive FLOWER which is what was advertised, I got GROUND flower (shake) which is not what I was under the assumption I was paying for. I called right away to ask for the situation to be rectified with a simple exchange for actual FLOWER and the reply was "sorry we have changed our return policy and unless the product is defective we cannot permit exchanges".
Just be aware that if you order something online you may not get the product being advertised online. Check before you leave the store. Because even if it's not your fault they...
Read moreVery dissapointed with my visit here. Long wait times for a pre order that was ready, and wasn't given the proper change back, used 100$ in 20 bills and only got 4 $ back on an 86$ order. At least the product was average at best, though seemingly muted flavors and aroma.

Was visiting Colorado for a concert. And decided to check out this place since they had a solid selection of Pax Pods. Placed an online order that I was notified was ready at 3:46. I ended up arriving around 4:05, and didn't leave until 4:25.
When arriving I was told to go in the room to the right and wait. Which I did, and the proceeded to wait for nearly 20 minutes, despite my order being ready, and no one else in front of me waiting. Eventually I had to go back out front and ask if I was mistaken or if I needed to just wait longer.
Finally after a couple more minutes, the front desk person comes over to help me. After some initial confusion with my items and them not being ready, I was able to check out. With the total coming to around 86$. I used the ATM to withdraw 100$ and pay. Yet the cashier only gave me 4$ back. And when I look at the recipt it shows paid with 90$. Despite using the on premise ATM that gives out 20$ bills, so no way to have even had a 10$ bill to pay with. Associate # 43388 assisted me.
Overall a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend any local friends or those visiting to go to...

While he was initially helpful, his behavior quickly shifted, and I began to notice repeated microaggressions that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I calmly pointed out that I had received the wrong item—clarifying that it wasn’t a big deal and could simply be corrected—he became argumentative and raised his voice, insisting I was at fault and even threatened to check the cameras to prove it.
As someone with experience in retail and customer service, I understand that professionalism and de-escalation are key—especially when a customer is not being confrontational. Unfortunately, Codi’s approach was neither. His demeanor felt racially charged, and his refusal to provide his name after I mentioned reporting the incident only added to the discomfort.
Thankfully, another employee, Alexis, stepped in and handled the situation with care and professionalism. She diffused the tension, ensured I received the correct item, and made me feel heard and respected.
