Update: So apparently, IHOP thought it would be a good idea for me to use the link in their reply and give them more feedback, which I did. Then, at the end, it said they were going to have the manager reach out to me in a few days. We'll the manager called me today and asked me about my experience from last time. I tried explaining to him about my food and how disappointed I was with the portions of my Grandslam Breakfast. Everything was going well until he decided to start interrupting me when I brought up Dennys and before I can explain anything he got all defensive and started interrupting me so I asked him are you going to let me finish talking and answering your questions or keep interrupting he said go ahead and finish so when I started talking he started talking again interrupting me so I told him apparently your not going to let me finish my conversation. So I told him I was done talking to him and hung up. So what was the purpose of calling me, waking me up only to get even more insulted by this rude manager who seems to only want to hear himself talk and make it seem like it's ok. Just stay away from IHOP. You want a real breakfast go to Ranch House on Syracuse St and E Colfax Ave at least they give you good portions, food is excellent and the service here is old school and know how to treat their customers. When we first moved into the neighborhood, we tried this location and ended up leaving due to the service. The waitresses kept walking past us, never stopping to even offer us water. So we never came here until about a week ago and Oh'boy that was a mistake. We decided to stop in and try their breakfast here, and that's where the disappointment came in. I asked our server about the portion sizes on their hashbrowns on the Grandslam Breakfast since they seemed small in the pictures he told us they are usually 4oz but can be a little more sometimes so I decided that wasn't going to be enough for me so I ordered extra and since it had only tro eggs I ordered two more sunny side up. When we finally got our food, it was a disappointmentment. First off, my egg yolks were broken, which I hate and made it apparent. The hash browns weren't even close to being the same amount, at least not 4oz on my plate. The side hash had way more than on my main plate, got to little sausages, the so called two bacon strips looked like they took one nacon strip and tried tearing it apart to make two, then the ham was just as bad looked like they stook a whole slice of ham cut it in half then took a piece of the half of ham and cut it again and served it to me. I've never seen such tiny sausage, bacon, and ham in my life. I felt like I was a kid getting a kids' meal, and since the pancakes were unlimited, I pretty much got my fill on those cause it sure wasn't anything else. The only thing positive about this time was the excellent service we got from Luis. He was one of the best servers I've ever met, kind, polite, and very tentative to our needs. He would be the only reason I'd come back cause it sure ain't the food, that's for sure. Last, if you're looking for a good meal and portions, this isn't the place to find it since they can't even do a sunny side up egg without it being broken and dried up. Save your money and go someplace else. Oh, and the manager seems to have a preference on who he talks to too. He introduced himself to everyone else but us. He skipped our table and moved on. I wonder why?

I recently visited this place and was thoroughly impressed by its overall experience. From the moment you step inside, you’re struck by how spacious it is—much larger than we had anticipated. The interior design is well thought out, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food and drinks are exceptional. Each dish we tried was delicious and clearly prepared with high-quality ingredients. The drink menu is extensive, offering a variety of options that cater to all tastes. Whether you're a fan of classic cocktails or prefer something more adventurous, there’s something for everyone. One of the standout aspects is the service. The staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, making sure that every need is met promptly. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. The seating arrangements are also well-planned, with a variety of options that cater to different group sizes and preferences. Whether you’re looking for a cozy corner for a small gathering or a larger space for a group, you’ll find something that suits your needs. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s the perfect spot for a meal, drinks, or just a great time with friends and family. Highly recommended!

We come to this location often and today was just another day to enjoy a meal with my family. When we walked in, it was very busy and there were several families waiting to be seated. A server greeted us and asked us to complete the signup sheet with our party information. I can appreciate that our presence was acknowledged because I have been to other restaurants where I stood for minutes just waiting to put my name on the reservation list. We actually were seated within 5-10 minutes and our server, Oscar, came to our table a couple of minutes later. I have to compliment Oscar for doing such a wonderful job of taking care of our table. He was running all over the place making sure everyone had what they needed. He came by a couple of times to check on us. The manager did too, but it was nice to have our server checking in to make sure we had what we needed. I had the Poblano omelette with a short stack and coffee. Our meals were served to us within a reasonable amount of time and there were no mistakes or issues. This was a good visit and I certainly will be back again. Kudos to Oscar and the team in the back kitchen for making this visit a good one!

It was late or early morning depending on how you look at it, We ordered something to eat And the waiter, was kind of pushy asked what we wanted on our pancakes and then ended up finding out that they didn't come with the meal. And charges for an extra meal? Try to sneak that one in and then had a problem when I I questioned that. Then just kept pushing to try to pay the bill right away. Kept coming around saying that the system was gonna turn off or had to do something, come to find out none of that happened. Like he was trying to push us out the door cause it was slow. Nobody was in there, Just rude and not right. Then we had a problem when paying the bill, because of the signal there in order to get on the phone. My friend went out to the car and Because it was late, I decided to go make sure she was okay. So I left my driver's license with that guy, So when we came back in to pay, I asked for my Driver's license, which he didn't offer, and he had to go to the back to get it. Instead of giving it back to me as we were standing there paying, he didn't want to give it to me and put it in his pocket to hold on to it. I insisted he hand it to me which he reluctantly did, so no tip for that service and attitude. It could have been a nice experience except for him. Unfortunately, he was a waiter and cashier. I know everybody has tough days and it's hard to find help But overall, if you're gonna be doing customer service...

This morning I took my sister to eat breakfast at this location and for the first time in my life I walked out of a restaurant before my food arrived. When we were seated the hostess offered to wipe our table better because although it wasn’t too bad, the person who cleaned it did a half fast job. The hostess never returned, so we told our waitress when she took our order and our waitress also failed to return with the wet towel to wipe our table. The place was busy, I didn’t think it was a big deal, but my sister decided to ask a waiter that walked by our table and while my sister is talking, the waiter just walked away. I was shocked!! So shocked that I sat there long enough for my sister to get up and complain to a forth person about the waiter. By the time my sister returned to the table I was over my moment of shock and told my sister that we were leaving to go get breakfast somewhere else. To the manager of this establishment I say that it was none of the staff, but the waiter that caused me to go over the edge and to leave the restaurant before my food arrived. To that waiter I say that you have no business working in the service industry. That you lack the education necessary to service other people. If you don’t know how to serve in a civilized manner then you should find another...
