Me and my husband had flooding in our house and were put here long term. What we thought was going to be a couple of weeks turned into nearly 6 weeks of staying. The amount of stress we were under with 2 pets and no place to stay, the last thing we needed was a bad hotel. I want to note that this hotel went above and beyond at every possible turn. Staff was incredible, we didn't like having housekeeping as our cat would run if the door opened, but not once did they force entry or give us any problems about it. Both housekeeping and front desk staff were extremely kind and fast at getting us what we needed when we needed it. I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay because of the staff. There were 2 women and 2 men who worked front desk most days, and I wish I remembered their names. They were always kind and considerate. Our dog loved them and we appreciated how quick and kind they always were. The wifi wasn't great, but we know there's not much that can be done about that when over 100 people are using the wifi at all hours. We are so glad to be back home now, but we were so blessed to be able to stay in this hotel while our home was being repaired. Thank you so sincerely. Marriot has secured our business for life.

As a Hilton Diamond and IHG Platinum Elite member, I gave Marriott another chance after letting my Titanium membership fade away due to past maintenance and staff issues. My stay was mostly pleasant: the room was clean and quiet, housekeeping was efficient, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were courteous. The hotel’s prime location and enjoyable bar meal were highlights. However, I rated four stars due to a maintenance issue. My shower drained slowly because of visible hair and debris (photo attached, showing the clog). After my first request, I received a handwritten note claiming it was fixed, but the issue persisted. When I reported it again, front desk and maintenance insisted the drain was “drained fine.” Only after I insisted did a supervisor inspect and resolve the clog letting me shower without standing water dirtied by other humans biological debris. This experience left me concerned about how less assertive or elderly guests might fare if their concerns are dismissed. Compared to my Hilton and IHG stays, Marriott’s response felt reactive. A more proactive approach to guest issues would elevate the experience. I hope the hotel addresses this to ensure consistent service for all.

This hotel has great staff. I'm titanium/lifetime platinum so I've stayed with my fair share of marriott brand hotels. This one has really great staff from Rick the manager helping to accommodate me into a certain room type, Malique the bar tender is fun to chat with while he's slinging good food and drinks, and Aspen has got to be the most helpful night attendant I've had the pleasure of interacting with! Breakfast is not massive, but if you take a bagel or muffin, toast it, spread butter + cream cheese, add bacon, egg, cheese, hot sauce.. you've got a pretty tasty breakfast sando.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel! If you read my reviews for other properties, you'll see that I have pretty high standards, so it's a gem when I find a hotel where I have zero complaints or concerns. My personal checklist includes the following:|1. Staff friendliness- we were warmly greeted by all staff we encountered. They conveyed genuine interest in ensuring our stay was pleasant.|2. Cleanliness- the hotel is relatively new, so aged grime wasn't an issue. When I enter a hotel room, I hone in on stray hairs left from prior guests (or their pets) in the bathrooms, beds/sheets, and furniture. I'm happy to report that I found no stray hairs. I also check for stains on beds/sheets and furniture. Again, none found.|3. Pest presence- not an issue at this property. My inspection includes pulling back the sheets, checking mattresses and bed frames, as well as shaking drapes. Happily, no bugs (or excrement) were found.|At this point, I'm extremely relieved. This allows me to rest very well on the extremely comfortable mattress and pillows. |In the morning, I enjoyed the well stocked breakfast with a variety of choices. What I enjoyed the most about the breakfast is its freshness and the cleanliness of the breakfast bar.|I highly recommend a stay at...
