Can I say this? Shopping for beds here was actually an enjoyable experience. Have you ever heard such a comment about a bed store? First, I needed a mattress for a guest room. I hit all of the usual places, then found this store. OSG is actually a showroom/sales agency for mattresses sold only on-line. I had studied reviews and was interested in a couple of mattresses available only through the internet. They actually had them at the OSG store for us to test. We quickly purchased one for the guest bedroom--very smooth and the price was right. Then we concentrated on a larger bed for our master bed room. These folks were really knowledgeable about each mattress's construction and sleep characteristics. Their guidance and discussion was very helpful. (Note: since I had been researching on-line for mattresses, I was getting bombarded with emails offering "special deals" from the various manufacturers. I can confirm that OSG's quoted prices were always better than the sales and deals offered on-line.) We visited the store several times, always enjoying the visits with the staff there (Meaghen was our principal rep.) We finally decide on Helix, perfectly suited for us. They also helped us choose the adjustable bed frame, and I can confirm that the prices and warranties for the frame are also better than what we were quoted elsewhere. This store does not operate a warehouse, so (a) costs of a warehouse operation are eliminated, and (b) delivery is managed by the manufacturer, exactly as if you had ordered it directly from the manufacturer. So delivery takes a few days; other stores with local warehouses quoted much quicker delivery, of course. Also, mattresses, pillows, and frame were shipped to our front door, and we moved them into the house and set everything up. Not a big problem, though everything was heavy. Now, we really like our new bed. Maybe I'll update this review in a few years to discuss mattress durability, but, for now, we were pleasantly satisfied with our shopping...

Great Experience, Service Above and Beyond

My wife and I were in desperate need to upgrade our bed. Ours was from one of those big box stores and after several years, it never fully lived up to expectations. We decided to go with a 'mattress-in-a-box' brand after seeing so many positive reviews, but without much context beyond internet opinion, it was hard to get a gauge of what we would actually be sleeping on. That's when we reached out to Our Sleep Guide and Maeghan was very responsive and informative. She gave us a thorough breakdown of the models they had on the show floor after we described what we needed.

Once we were able to visit the OSG Showroom in person, we were greeted by Mason who patiently and thoughtfully walked us through the options we were looking for. Never pushy, never salesy, Mason did an amazing job giving us a wide range of models to try, explaining all the differences between foam, spring, poly, hybrid, etc. He took all our questions and always respectfully gave us the time and space to try everything. Once we picked out the right bed, the sales process and service was hassle free and easy. But it didn't stop there.

We were notified that our desired adjustable base wasn't available, so Mason upgraded us at no extra cost. When that option was also experiencing delay, he notified us of a similar base that was available and DROVE ALL THE WAY TO OUR RESIDENCE after work to deliver it. We were taken aback by how generous he was with his time and customer service. Purchasing a new mattress had become overwhelming for me. I searched and searched and read too many mattress reviews for weeks. I was needing to ditch my beloved king mattress to purchase a queen mattress for my new small home. I could not bring myself to buy a mattress online without first testing it so I decided to give up the online search and go to the local mattress store. I did visit a couple of local stores but while searching online one more time I found the Our Sleep Guide Showroom. I thought it was too good to be true.

The next week I visited the showroom and Maeghan was there to help. There was never any pressure to buy anything. She was kind and patience and answered all my questions while juggling quite a few customers. I had read about most all of the mattresses in the showroom and I was excited I could actually try each for comfort. I ended up purchasing from a company that I had not considered in all my searching for a mattress. The buy was easy and the mattress arrived in a few days. I love my new Helix Midnight Luxe.

To top off that first-rate experience, the owners Justin and Chrystal took time on a Saturday afternoon to come to my new home and help me get the heavy mattress upstairs to the bedroom. They also took the time to help unpack it and place on the frame. Yes this really did happened just last week!
