Even though I was shopping forever online for the best deal I could find, I had wayyyyyyyy too many questions before I could make a definitive decision. I happened to be in the area, and saw the Wilder Rd. location was right there! So I stopped in to ask a bunch of questions.... The two ladies working were WONDERFUL!!! My sales associate was Cara (on my receipt), on 4-24 between 4-5pm, but the other girl working was just as nice, friendly and helpful! Not only were all of my crazy questions answered, but I was able to see size differences, softness comparisons, as well as in-store sales that weren't available online - some of which are a hell of a steal, and need to be checked out! (I have had broken bones in my neck, arm, and sides that make it hard to get comfortable, so I needed something specific to accommodate that, otherwise I would've bought one of these on the spot!) Also seeing visually how much sweat each person produces per night makes you want to gag! No wonder they recommended the mattress cover! And to think: I have multiple pets that sleep on our bed with the TWO of us as well - GROSS! I never realized how much actually goes into choosing a new bed with someone else (and pets!) instead of just for yourself, but these ladies were fantastic with my ignorance, patient as all can be, and really truly enjoyed educating me about mattresses and quality sleep rather than lecturing or pressuring me to buy as other places do! The next time I need ANYTHING related to mattresses or bedding, I will ABSOLUTELY be going back here! No, I don't know either of them, nor am I paid for this review! I legitimately walked in with only questions I needed answered to decide which one to buy online. I was able to order it in store right then and there for the same deal, and now my bed will be delivered on Friday!!! My wife and I went in and had a price point in mind and we were dealing with Mark. He had us try out one mattress and told us it wasn’t available till the beginning of July so we proceeded to look around. He the told us about a mattress that was supposed to be similar to the one we looked at originally so we tried it out. He said they had one in the outlet center that was cheaper than brand new and then come to find out a brand new one on their website was cheaper than what he had sold us. We were told the mattress came with a warranty and he said he would throw in two pillows, mattress cover, discounted adjustable base and delivery for it. I got home and started looking through everything and i am sure most people when they hear throwing something in that means it is a package deal. Then come to find out not only the price of the mattress for used was more than brand new $130 for mattress cover, $130 for optional 5year warranty, $150 for delivery, and no explanation of the financing after being approved. This next point I am about to talk about deserves 5 stars I went back in today and dealt with Holly B and some of the most amazing customer service ever she went back through everything got me the exact mattress for what I was looking for reviewed the financing side of everything. She was extremely helpful and I will be dealing with her from here on out. Did not up sell me on anything at all just asked me if there was anything else that I needed while I was in the store. We went in looking for a twin but got a great deal on a Queen Sized mattress instead for our 11 year old daughter. It's only the 2nd night she's had it so she's still "checking it out", but so far so good with no complaints. 😉😊 The gentleman was very pleasant to deal with and not pushy at all as most salesmen are. We informed him of our price range and what we were looking for and he helped our little girl find EXACTLY what SHE wanted from there. She got to try multiple mattresses out until she got to the one that SHE wanted. He even gave her A FREE memory foam pillow and a FREE mattress pad protector cover for her new mattress. Plus, ALL the items including the mattress came with a great warranty too! We couldn't be happier with our purchase here.
