Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bangor Township

It was a busy night line of cars ! Which was awesome. I didn’t mind that at all what i minded was the rude lady taking my order who obviously wasn’t paying attention to me ordering because HUH kept coming out of her mouth or what cha say. When i was speaking loud and clear for her. Either way.. i have a big family of 5 and i was ordering obviously meals for them and the two add ons of the new white ranch fry things (Which are amazing) I literally got down to 1 last meal so after 10 minutes of ordering. I order the Deluxe box and she then tells me (To be honest with u we dont have enough nacho cheese to fill ur order) (we just have enough for the nacho bell grandes) well thats weird because half of the things i ordered had nacho cheese included.. why couldn’t she tell me literally after i ordered the nachos which was the very first things u ordered.. anyways we solved the issue and then i proceeded to finish ordering the box and for her to say to be honest we dont have any beef .. like WHAT? Im like okay but the box is Steak (me not getting it the tacos have beef 🤷🏼‍♀️) she tells me so u want just steak then..im like no i want the box that comes with steak shes says (Ma’am the TAAACCCCOOSSS have beef the BUUURRITTTTOOOOOO has beef so u just want all steak OK let ME add that) im like OHHH okay my bad well idk if thats what i want because the whole bill is going to be .90 more for each item for steak so im like hmm she basically yellss at me ( Ma’ammmm Id go to the one on Euclid because we dont have beef) someone in the background (YEAH THAT BIG ORDER HAS TO GO) okay so i drive off mad just to see her at the window...

Only giving a one star because I can't leave a review unless I do. I went into the drive through ordered 3 Nacho bell grandes. I paid for extra meat and extra cheese. on the chips alone There was only 2 clumps of refried beans, barely any meat, and when I called the store, I was told to come back up and they would make the order right. Went back up to the store. Mind you inconvenience. But went back up to the store. The manager didn't offer to make the order right She just gave me my money back and when I asked her for the DMs. Number. She said look up Taco Bell when I asked for her name. She wouldn't give me her name. She turned around as we are in mid conversation and said something to the young employees something Which again is all standing by the drive through window smirking and laughing. She is lucky I did not jump over the counter and knock her teeth down her Throat at this point. It's no wonder why places like this is going down Hill it's because they don't care who they hire and put in charge and Imagine what work ethics they are teaching our young adults. I have work 30 yrs as a restaurant mgr and I would never even thought of treating a customer like I was treated tonight. Good luck with your kids working there if she is left in charge...

Everyone is nice but I keep having problems. I just got home and found out I paid for the big nachos which is what I wanted but its small and has no tomatoes and stuff it normally has. Also every time nacho fries come out they never have them even on their shipment day. Either close it or get it together. Glad I spent full price for just meat cheese and chips. So update I just changed it to one star cause I ordered through the app and made my own 5 dollar combo and omg I was confused and the employees not just made me feel stupid but made me have such a bad anxiety attack I thought I was dieing also they didn't give me my drinks or my hard taco and my man's soft taco. They argued with me and I was visibly shaking badly. I've worked taco bell before. Also I'm missing tomatoes on one crunch wrap when I kept saying one without tomatoes and sour cream and one with everything. When you go all day without eating and then at 9pm you have to deal with...
