Panda Express — Restaurant in Bangor Township

Terrible Customer Service,

I Have been eating Panda Express for many years. I have never been disrespected by a manager, and district manager of a facility until now. Firstly, the manager had refused us food an hour before closing. My wife had to pull over while I had a disagreement with the manager until she stated her conduct was incorrect and had my wife pull back through. Once I had pulled through and wasted a half hour fighting to get my food, this manager didn't give soy sauce, or the marinade for the grilled chicken I use to pour over my order. I was so agitated! This was not how Panda Express has worked at least for me in any other states. Then to top this off, I ask for the district managers number. She refused me and told me to call when he would be in. The first thing he says as he answers the phone is he has been waiting to talk to me all day. And continues on to ask me about my part in business ownership [as I own several chains in partnership two being with a panda express i help manage]. The whole time I'm talking he is badgering me about my finances and cutting me off. He just kept repeating he has someone else listening over and over. At the end of the call he ended up NOT replacing my order, but a portion! After the disrespect, rude, uncultured person that is managing a restaurant for your line raised his voice and cut me off trying to tell me how HE FELT after all the wrong his branch had done, he simply says he won't argue with me and hangs up on me! This is a sad day for you a Panda. These are the types of managers that soil your name and prevent people from being repeat customers. I look forward to your resolution. I will also be placing Google reviews, Facebook posts, and anything else I can to make the public aware of how customers are treated. I hope you can remedy this situation and all parties involved. Needless to say corporate will be involved and this won't be ending...

Not my first subpar experience at this location, but based on my experience last night I finally felt compelled to write a review. Checked hours ahead of time as I wanted to get take out on my way home. Dining room open until 9, drive through until 9:30. Pull up at 8:58 and dining room is dark and lights off in drive through lane, but see a car ordering. I pull up and they announce they are closed and can only serve me what they have left. At this point I haven’t eaten all day, and supposed to bring home food for two so I take two plates of whatever they have. Pull up and asked about the drive through being open until 9:30 and the woman working states it’s after 9 so it’s made to order only. This was not offered when I was at the drive through ordering area, so I asked why I couldn’t order what I want. She then stated that I would have had to wait 25 minutes for my food if I ordered......sounds to me more like they were slow and wanted to close up. If you are open initial 9:30 then you are open and serving. If not, then don’t have hours posted that Youn are. When I got home realized they did not give teriyaki sauce with the teriyaki chicken so it’s pretty much just dry...

Last month we orderd 2 plates on of which was the orange chicken but when we got home it was all batter and hardly anyou chicken in addition it was cold so we wrote corporate and they were novice enough to issue us 2 cards for a free plate.

Today we tried to redeem those cards at the same location, the employees had a hard time understanding that one plate was with orange chicken with rice and teryaki with greens, when we pulled up the window and gave the employee the free cards he was still confused about the order and called his manager. I repeated our order to the manager and he proceede by telling me that I owed $14 and change for 2 free plates, when I challenged the bill he told me that there are other panda locations in the area and I can't use the cards here. I told him that we got the cards as a result of bad food order from his unit after which he told me that he has been manager for 7 years. I cancelled our order got my cards back and contacited coprorate again as of now...
