Birrieria Guadalajara Bell — Restaurant in Bell

I'm honestly shocked in how many bad reviews there is about this place 😂 Talk about things being salty. . . But anywho, this place is definitely no where near salty or nasty. The food is definitely great and idk if i can agree about it being 40 minutes wait time, all things considered, restaurants do get short staffed here and there as well. We all do know some of y'all like to exaggerate your details. Keep in mind this is no McDonald's fast food either. I've seen the cashier go back and forth between cooking prepping food or charging people all at the same time so being asked to wait a little more won't hurt. You wait at the Starbucks line longer without a single peep out of you and it's just a simple drink hot...

These tacos are BOMB! They are not your regular size tacos either. They are XL! I was thinking that I would have to make another order once I was done with the three that come in the combo BUT DAAAYUMMM I was wrong! 😅 I left one for later later.. Definitely worth your money. They serve a pretty good size portion of birria with each taco. Your condiments come on the side and not mixed up with your food, and that is definitely a plus! I really hope this business will stay and not close up like that other businesses that operated here in the past because I definitely see myself coming here...

Really terrible service I’ve gone to eat 4 times already and the first time the guy had really bad customer service just thought he was probably having a bad day but I continue going and the guy continues giving bad service and always gives bad facial expressions and the prices are already overpriced and he still wants to charge for a little cup of salsa but when it comes to girl customers asking for salsa he gives them for free and I feel like that’s not right your supposed to greet your customers...
