There meat comes in a bag. I ordered 3 tacos. Two of Carne Asada and one of al pastor. I didn't finish my food. The Carne Asada was the cheapest cut of meat you can buy. The meat so tough and full of fat. The al pastor was sitting for a long time since it was all greasy looking. But the icing on the cake was that one worker came back from break and fist pump the cook. The cook should have changed his gloves or not done that. He just kept grilling which is how I found out the meat came from a bag. So disappointed and unsatisfied. Oooo weee!!! I love love love the flavors Tacos Galivan puts out! If you try the huevos rancheros you will be pleasantly rewarded with a hint of authenticity and a clash of modern vs old style cooking methods. I truly enjoy the salsa bar with grilled jalepenos, limitless pinto beans, cilantro, onions and more...however, there taco meats leave a little to be desired on moistness, they are little dry. The corn tortillas smell awesome but a little rubbery, maybe they could cook them a little longer. Even with those few infractions from someone who's not an expert on food they still get...

These 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒏𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒔 and 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒃𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒐 of mine are super yummy. I love the big chunk of fresh avocado that was unreluctantly squeezed into these items.

You can choose the meat filling, which I went for beef. They're VERY FLAVORFUL so I definitely recommend eating them with the side avocado. Cheese is extremely nice AND FLAVORFUL too! They made absolute paradise nachos.
