Hully Gully @ Royal Room — Restaurant in Bellflower

Been coming bere for years. I love the different ages and music 🎶. From 80s, spanish rock, like mana, caifanes, on certain days its more electronic, goth, bits of cumbia, northeña. Right now with covid they are trying stay open. No cover charge. No dancing in the building. Only outdoor patio. The difference now is that the patio is extended about 3 times long in the back as before. Plenty of space and room. To order a drink you need to wait for a watress. I recommend drinking before. Service slowed down a bit. Since they have to take the orders one by one. It took use 35 min to get 4 shots. We ordered through a different waitress. Got them from the 2nd waitress. Then the first waitress came back woth the 4. We figured she forgot about us. Since it was a good 35 min later. I recommend pre gaming and getting a drink to keep it going. 🙏❣ Stay safe and party on. We need ways to celebrate and I appreciate Hully Gully staying open dueing...

the place is old and smells musty.. no a/c...there was a fight on the dance floor they stopped the music till that got settled...the bartender in her 60s had no bra on and a spaghetti strap tshirt..come on now dont let them hang to your knees at work!! be more professional... she was getting $ and making drinks with out washing her hands..one waitress charged us for food then 40 minutes later when we get the food they wanted to charge us again it took a few minutes for the waitress to remember she had already charged us..mean while the other waitresses were running a muck asking if we had already payd and coming back to the table saying no you haven't payed.... .i didn't even want to see what the restroom looked like..so i didn't go... everything is plain ole dirty...not worth the cover charge..it gets so crowded you can't even dance.....loved the music in the back room ! but not enough to go back ..theres other better...

Me along with 20 others had their cars towed. The owner of Hully gully said that they had an agreement with the neighboring business where everyone parked that it was ok. At the end of the night we go back and see our care towed . We had to pay to get it out of the impound. Go back to Hully gully and the old lady owner couldn’t care less so the bartender was trying to calm the situation and said she would call us back never did and I have left messages and text and no response. Lm with Hully fully and again no response they just said to keep the receipt and they will call us. I have gone here for 17 years and so do a lot of my friends and this has completely changed our minds on going . Poor business doing this to your loyal customers. Not to mention the social distancing was non existent and they only enforced masks when an inspector was there. I encourage you to find another venue to go to if they treat their...
