Friendly staff, with heart-warming customer service. Highly recommend living here. I am a poor MCC student. This is off a bus line and half a mile between Walmart and HEB. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I met the owner and he was very friendly. Great location to many food chains and grocery stores. Great place great customer service and the rooms are always clean Great service very respectful clean and affordable and fair The office manager. Ms.Debbie is very professional and nice and keeps fresh coffee. My first time being here and everybody is very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to make things happen. The price for a week is very very reasonable.I love it here, because all the other motels we've been to were not good but the manager or owner he has been so good to me and my son staff has been nice kind and friendly really respectful employees they also have chips drinks microwaveable ice cream and a few other things and the maintenance man is very friendly sweet kind and respectful person also the price for the room is great and reasonable. Seemed nice enough for the price at first but quickly realized I had no ashtray (which they provided), no microwave or fridge either. I understand their reason as people steal them but still, they should provide one with a deposit if that's the case then but I didn't need one so no big deal to me. I tried to figure out how to turn the tv on and eventually gave up. Front desk had a guy come to check it out and he was nice and got it working but a while later it went out again so he came back again. Tv went out again in the morning and I was sick of dealing with it at that point. Sheets on bed weren't the nicest, the a.c. worked great but I did find 2 bees in my room (if you're allergic, watch out). I didn't think the neighborhood was too terribly bad but definitely NOT the nicest. In the morning I went to the lobby to wait for my ride after checking out and was told they don't allow people to hang out in the lobby and I would have to go back to my room even though I didn't know who would be getting me. Her reason for it was it's a place of business, which it is....a poorly run business that can afford to have a huge expensive flat screen tv in the lobby but can't provide decent sheets for you to sleep on or a consistently working tv for you to watch. Extremely cheap lodgings all the way around. Everything functioned, except the bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived. Good water pressure and impressive and lasting HOT WATER in the shower....which were both nice surprises!! Seedy, Sketchy Patrons. And NOT a place for children, or teenagers! No frills. I have to say that I have NEVER EVER before seen a hotel room WITH ONLY ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET! Also, the lighting around bed did not have any supplemental outlets, or USB charging ports. So, The TV, and cable box used every available electrical plug in the room. If you need to charge cell phone, any accessories, flashlight, etc OR use a hair dryer, curler, straightener, iron, steamer, vaporizer, fan or ANYTHING ELSE that required plugging into electrical outlet, YOU WILL NOT HAVE TV STATIONS OR TV while other device is plugged in, AND YOU BETTER BE PATIENT AND GOOD AT JUGGLING devices in/out!!! Also, the one electrical outlet in the room is on bedroom wall underneath the TV, about 4 inches from the floor! Good luck curling, styling, or using hair dryer, etc on your hair...since you will be on the floor about 10 feet away from the bathroom mirror!! But overall okay given the...
