Five Below — Local services in Bowling Green

I go to 5 below a few times a month. The art supply section is great. My issue is that they have the stock trollies everywhere blocking every way. Nothing is organized, and things just pile up. The staff is always so glum and rude. There is one cashier who is great. She smiles and tries to talk to all the customers. I wish I knew her name, but they stay busy, and I just try to get out if there ASAP. The straw that broke it all was when my 4 year old needed to use the restroom. The trolly was blocking the door. So, I moved the trolly a few inches so we could squeeze through. One of the staff snapped at me. I explained that my daughter needed to use the restroom, and she couldn't hold it. She rolled her eyes and pushed the trolly back. I left my cart in the walkway and left. Thankfully, the pet store next door lets us use the bathroom. Usually, this place is ok. We have shopped here many times over the past few years. However, the last time we went there, there was this middle aged overweight white guy, who looked like a manager or something, standing and walking around coming near my family with the vibe as if he’s checking to see if we are stealing or something. That was not cool. He didn’t greet us or say anything. We aren’t thieves. The whole vibe was off. It seemed that he did it because we we’re black. Wherever this dude came from, he needs to go back. I can’t see us continuing to shop there if he is in there being the way he is. Also, instead of announcing that the store would be closing soon, they just turned off the lights all of a sudden. I will never go to this store again. They tried to charge me 2-4 times over the sign price for items. When I pointed out the sign said a different price for the items they agreed withe but wouldn't change the price. I wasted a lot of time picking out items thinking they where one price and then was shocked at the priced they rang up as. The management was not friendly or willing to compromise at all ove the price and gave me the additude that I was the problem when they even told me it was an old sign and there was no other sin with a updated price anywhere in sight. Any other store would of honored the price they display items...
