Reserved thru Priceline. Price was best for area, even though higher than I like for a place to sleep. It was fairly convenient to town and conveniences. The room was super clean and well maintained. It looks like a fresh remodel had been done within a couple of years. All except the shower seemed a little older with low shower head. It advertised river view side, but our rear window hadn't been updated yet and it was stained. So it's not a view window, especially considering the flood wall on the river. However, they have a deck just outside most rooms with tables and chairs. The river was mostly quiet to my old ears but was right there to enjoy. I liked this place and would stay again.

Much nicer than I thought it would be! They have a 100 percent health code rating. Room is incredibly clean. If you are an introvert, you will love this place. Low traffic and no commotion. It's right on the river and a great little kayak run and fishing spot. My son caught bass and catfish outside of our room. Staff is friendly. Perfect location for boaters. It's less than 15 minutes from NOC. The ac works great. If you have a shower, be very careful when getting in, it's a little slick. Will definitely come back again. Very affordable and beats camping in July.

Place is easy to find and really close to Bryson. Not the greatest entrance as it's limited on sight distance and if you have to hit the gas expect your tires to squeal in protest. I guess due to the step angle of the drive. Rooms are very dated but clean and comfortable and are priced accordingly.. Nice view of the river can be a relaxing place to end the day or to begin it. I'd stay here again.

We arrived for our stay about 20 minutes early. The lady at the office advised us that our room was not ready but would be ready in approximately 15 minutes. She went ahead and gave us our key and checked us in Therefore we left to grab so groceries and returned about 30 minutes later to her still cleaning our room. We sat out on the patio while she finished which wasn't for another 45 minutes. During this time, We observed the employee lose her balance and even fell into the bed. She was very lethargic with slurred speech. Her motions were extremely slow this causing 15 minutes to turn into 1 hour and 30 minutes of us waiting on our room in the July heat. We contemplated leaving however 2 ladies in a room down from ours who had stayed before convinced us this was unusual behavior and that they would contact the owners. I also contacted the owners via email requesting for them to call me because we were concerned about their employee 's health and the safety of others. Only a return email basically stated I was lying about it being 1.5 hours late for us to check in because their records showed I checked in on time. It wasn't until I replied stating the other guests could vouch for our story that they admitted I was telling the truth. The owners then admitted there was medical issues that the employee had to take medication for that would explain her actions but she was not to take them while working. The owners assured me that they would speak to me the next morning in person or would call me. We have still not heard from them. Great room. Very clean. Bad first impression with employee under the influence of heavy...

On our 2nd nogjt here now, we got the cabin. It is small, if you are comparing it to your house. If you are from a city and here on vacation, you will notice that you can hear outdopr mountain type sounds. As for the property itself, there is water pressure, air conditioner that works well. Fridge, stove top, grill, sink, and a stocked kitched supply. Owners (Rod and Melissa) live on property and have posted hours from 9am to 10pm. They can accomodate special needs outside of those hours. Cabin has a nice queen bed with a sofa pullout in a other room. Shower is not a large one, it reminds me of a cruise ship size. Again, this is a small 2 person cabin. Pricing was very reasonable, and owners appreciate cash hint hint. At the cabin, you will have youw own private parking area as well as your own screened in front porch. There is a large grocery store 1 minute up the road that is open until 10pm, so if you forget to bring bug spray (like we did), go hot up isle 12. 3 minutes in the other direction is a shell station and a walgreens. Cabin has wifi and also satellite tv. Not really sure what else you could want. Oh, the only downside, if you are expecting a commercial big name hotel experience is that you will have to bring your own tissues. I know, it sounds silly, until you have to blow your nose with toilet paper. You make that trip to walgreens pretty fast ;) Its a great location, and I would certainly stay again if...

Beautiful location, clean room. I typically do not post negative reviews. I recieved a mysterious additional $10 charge after checking out, which prompts me to write this after the previous interactions we experienced during our stay. Although the lady was kind on the phone and allowed us to check in late as we were arriving late, when I asked to extend later and informed her I would pay with cash after waking up ( I work nights locally and office was closed when I was up) she was incredibly rude, banging on the door screaming along with a small man in a security uniform. She informed me I had all weekend to properly check in (we were busy and I had already paid) and I was treated like a criminal. We were there for my sons bday (loves to fish) she questioned if he was supposed to be there while he was sitting on a bench and also my living arrangements when I was paying her the cash and told her I work locally. I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a hotel, this place may be great for older people, I would not recommend if you’re looking for southern hospitality or traveling...
